bought an item through B&Q marketplace. Product Faulty. very poor communication. 1 week on and still waiting for a satisfactory response

Good quality, easy to fit.

Our delivery was a failed delivery, but we had no notification of the delivery day. On the second attempt again with no notification of the confirmed delivery day, the driver was alone and needed help with glass shower enclosure, luckily my son was around otherwise how would this delivery have happened!
The box was damaged and when checking, dozens of loose screws and washers were in the box.
Following a phone call, replacement fittings were sent.
I feel notification of delivery day and rough time is needed and 2 man delivery for larger,heavy items.

Great product and well packaged, also went together well and also looks really nice in my new bathroom.

I ordered a deluxe 900mm pivot shower door that took nearly two weeks to be delivered. I had to call three times to receive delivery. The shower door was poor quality, very flimsy and the magnetic seal simply did not work. Have requested money back but only response in past two weeks has been to copy me into email to their supplier. Have since ordered one from Victoria Plumbing, far quicker, far better packing and much better quality.

I ordered a shower tray and door for my new bathroom and the service from shower enclosures direct has been fabulous from start to finish.
The quality of both items is excellent and the pricing was very reasonable.

Excellent customer service. I was not sure about the size of the bifold shower door to get. I phoned up and they advised me. Also they contacted me the day before the delivery. I informed them I was unable to take delivery on the scheduled day. They re-scheduled it to another convenient day for me. The shower door was installed with no problem. It looks strong and of good quality. Very pleased with my purchase of the aqua spa deluxe bifold shower door - very good value for money especially on half price sale!

I was not impressed that I did not Receive any emails on when I would get delivery. No emails received informing you that a delivery was on its way. I had to contact the seller to ask him when I would receive delivery they had no idea and didn’t even bother looking into when I would receive delivery. No return calls from seller or emails or experience of online selling. Would very much doubt I would use this company again.

The quality of the shower door is good apart from the plastic clips which hold the door closed as they break very easily, but it was the bad delivery & organisation of stock the has placed a dampener on my order but still very happy with the final results

The product was of a good standard but didn’t arrive with the leg riser kit wich was rectified quickly then when the plumber opened the package there was a scratch on the shower tray and on the corner because it’s been with us a couple of weeks it’s too late to get a replacement as it needs fitting

Ordered bathroom cupboards thru this company. They are not the manufacturer as such, but contacted me immediately to let me know products delayed. They kept me informed even when there was a further delay and offered a cancellation if I wanted. Product eventually came in stock and was delivered direct from manufacturer. So I can only review prices and customer service - both of which were excellent.

Good solid tray but the feet look like an afterthought and my tray is going onto wooden battens for strength,mounted directly on the floor it would last a lifetime!
