Shoviv EDB to PST doesn't work
We purchased "Shoviv EDB to PST" for pst export from an Exchange edb file. The demo looks good but after exporting the items as an pst file every calendar item is shifted by one hour. In the demo every calendar item is at the right time. It is not a problem with the Windows or Outlook time zone.
I contacted the support without solution. I needed the software for an emergency and don't need a solution after a week. I solved the issue with another software.
I asked for a refund and now the doesn't answer. After calling them they just refer to their refund policy. In my opinion I should get my money back if there are obvious software bugs. They don't see it that way.
Please do not buy their products - look for an alternative.
