TLDR; I won't be buying SHO again.

I was a huge fan of SHO products for a while after being gifted a food flask for Christmas and followed up with a few other items which had worked perfectly.

However, after my most recent order I am not returning. I wanted a Newt bottle as I knew it would fit nicely into my bag when I was out. Purchased it along with a mystery bag for a fun treat.

Half the mystery bag is missing on delivery, along with the cleaning powder I ordered. No drama, things happen. The Newt arrived and I then immediately find out it leaks! Not only that, but part of the bottle lid had a massive crack in it.

I send images to the company to report it, only to be told I've put the bottle together wrong (despite it being literally how it arrived). None the less, the missing items were dispatched without question.

The powder is delivered and clearly had been dropped/opened as it was hastily taped back together.

Back to the Newt. I confirmed again to the company I had followed instructions and been sent a faulty item. The customer service assistant doubled down - rather condescendingly. Clearly this was a battle I wasn't going to win. £30 down the drain with faulty items clearly being the norm. Given the bottle is apparently fully replaceable in separate parts, my query to confirm this was ignored and not even an offer of a replacement lid was made which was disappointing. I wasn't expecting a whole new bottle when it was only a small part that was the problem.

The larger bottle I bought is now showing issues too - the flip lids on the bottles clearly aren't very stable and lose the water tight connection.

Calix is not for for purpose.....sold as a coffee cup but you can only use the slide lid when liquid is under 60 degrees celsius or pressure forces the lid off and will scald you!! It is falsely advertised as it guarantees keeping drinks hot for 6 hours where customer services say up to 6 hours!! They also state it will keep drinks steaming until the last sip.....how when you can only use liquid up to 60 degrees?!!
Oh and the advertised Lifetime Guarantee is ionly 4 years!! More false advertising!!!
I wont get into customer services attitude!!!

Easy to order and quick delivery. Bottle is a good size and fits in my cars cup holder. Love that I can put carbonated drinks in it. Keeps drinks hot and cold as described.

Brought a guzzler bottle and newt bottle both are Leak proof, fantastic value for money. Have brought a number of sho items for family and friends over the years, would highly recommend.

It actually leaks , which makes it very expensive. I constantly having to tighten the straw head as the straw goes loose. Love it , but not worth the money . I bought I because it promised not to leak , Also fizzy drinks leak around the seal of the lid . Not impressed to be honest

Wouldn’t recommend the water bottle, lid leaks profusely. There is no airtight seal from lid to straw hence the leak. Very poorly made. I have since bought a Yeti which is fabulous.

I hate this company :-( They keep bringing out more products that I love and can't resist. I'm about to order my third newt, as husband, who rarely shows interest nicked my first one in denim blue. Argh. Rapidly running out of storage but each new release brings wonderful irresistible goodies and I have a use for every one of them. I don't go long distance in the car without my fortis full of coffee, sports bottle on my desk with water, 500ml 'litter picking' bottle with cocoa for winter litter picking and I don't train commute without my 260ml bottle designed for children. Now the 500ml newt isn't much bigger in size and still fits in my smallest bags! Oh boy oh boy oh boy SHO - you have a lot to answer for!

Absolutely love these drinks bottles.I have quite a few now & wouldn’t use any others after using these.
Great for keeping ice frozen if needed for over 24 hours in the sports/drinks bottles.Absolutely love these calix cups as they come with two lids so can use for hot or cold drinks.
Highly highly recommend these bottles.

Really bad customer service and the product that we purchased was rubbish didn’t keep it hot for more than a few hours apparently user error 🙄.

Lovely lovely bottles, not a complaint about that as they are great. My issue is the engraving, which was very poor. It’s a slither of coating removed which was thin, and the placing of the engraving meant it was virtually unreadable. Spoke with them and they sent a reply stating that it is what it is and they have it in the blurb that it isn’t something they can change. I suggest they do not offer it as a curtesy if it flags unreadable in production, it’s a real shame as the bottles are great.

As always Sho are far the best out there at the moment..Keeps hot things hot and cold things cold for the longest..Just amazing , good quality for a great price .

I love the Sho products I have so many from the fortis to water bottles in 500 and 1000,
XL Tumbler , Calix and the food flasks one with dogs on it Awesome, Sho Pacto’s and many Flexi mugs which I have also bought for friends who love them too. Oh and not forgetting my dogs who have the large pet bowl.

The first item I bought was great and I commented on FB saying that

Ordered and opted for 2-5 working days delivery

Got a confirm and nothing in that to suggest there was a problem

More than 5 working days later no update and no product

Asked on FB and get a reply anout beong closed over the holidays. They also pointed to a message they say was on the website. Not when I ordered - or of ot was not via the link I used to make the purchase

Today I finally getting an email saying the item is now at their warehouse. So it looks like they are backfilling orders and don’t have the stock

Attempted to cancel order ad I will be away and don’t want it sitting there on my doorstep. Automated reply saying 2-3 days for a response

Looked for a phone number to call - there isn’t one

So I have gone from an enthusiastic customer to one who is very dissatisfied

Be very careful buying from this business. The only option I am left with is a PayPal dispute !

All items are tracked so that’s very helpful iv now got 2 newts which are brilliant for my fizzy drinks can put in my bag and deffo doesn’t leak which other bottles I had bought from other sellers the fizzy drinks would just leak everywhere iv also got 2 water bottles 1 pink with butterflies on and a green 1 both these don’t leak either and iv got a small pink handbag size for when popping out brilliant that none leak so I’m very happy with my purchases iv also got a food flask which only got other day so haven’t used it yet but when try it will update on it plus iv since ordered a few more food flasks and bottles handbag size for my family just waiting on a delivery date for these but I’m very happy with my bottles deffo recommend

Absolutely disgusting I have the small food flask and only keeps warm for about 4 hours I emailed them and for god sake ask me if I had warmed it up properly and sent me
A video and then the next email stated I needed to fill the flask with hot hot water and check to see when it goes cool and take the temperature seriously it’s spose to be 30 day money back what a flipping laugh and then said I used it errrr yes if I didn’t use it how would I know it didn’t keep food hot
Muppets I would never ever recommend or buy anything from them ever again
Disgraceful company

I bought a SHO cup several months ago. I now have 6. They are so good its turning into a bit of an addiction buying them. The patterned cups are particularly lovely and I get alot of compliments when out and about with them. They do regular offers that make them good value. I've knocked a star off as it takes some time for them to leave the warehouse once you have ordered. They use royal mail thank goodness for delivery.

Fast delivery of food flask and sports bottle.Great colour and both work as advertised

Very poor experience. Purchased a bottle at the end of November. By the 8th of December the lid had broken. Was told it wasn’t covered by the warranty and all they could do was reduce the price of a replacement lid by 20%. No consideration that the lid could be faulty. A waste of £16 for a bottle that lasted a week. Very poor customer service and they haven’t replied to my latest email. Avoid! Not fit for purpose and a pointless warranty.

The other reviews with the same issue/ similar issues speaks volumes! Avoid!!
