Fraud Company
I ordered the Zlade Ballistic Neo All-in-One Multi-Groomer for ₹2399 on 22th July 2025. The product was defective from day one, and while their support was polite in the beginning, they eventually stopped responding altogether. They refused a full refund, demanded extra charges for return pickup, and gave no clear solution.
After repeated efforts, I was forced to accept a replacement just to avoid losing my hard-earned money. This company’s refund and service policies are misleading and unfair. The experience caused me mental harassment and total disappointment. Zlade is a fraud company — please don’t waste your money here. I'm still not getting any customer support on call. That "MoneyBack Guarantee" on each page of every product is totally fake and there are no return policies and no one will attend your calls after 1 or 2 days. I have tried to calls for continuously 3 hours but no response. Now I'm only getting responses little bit on whatsapp. That's also only same message Please be informed that it take 24-48 hour for the replacement to be shipped. They dont care to talk with their customers they only want to sold their product forcefully. And If we ask for refund they will ask for charges for return pickup from us.
