I don't know why they even ask us to rate scammers. Or is it to rate their level of fraudster?

They blocked me long ago and my wife in 2020 already when we bought a ring that was suppose to be my wedding ring which was never delivered. Instead we got blocked on their Instagram and emails. Zenger rings are master fraudsters and I don't know how they are doing it because when I search them with another account of my friends on Instagram they still gain momentum of followers and posting new items.

Zenger is a totally dishonest business. We ordered a bracelet for Christmas. It was the wrong size. We sent it back using their bizarre, complex returns process and Royal Mail confirmed the parcel arrived but we received no refund.

Zenger ignored our Instagram messages (they were 'seen') and then blocked us. Total scam artists.

These guys are TOTALLY FRAUD, please don't fall for their schemes. DON'T EVERY BUY ANYTHING from this site. I recently purchased a ring from this site which was in discount. It's been long since my stipulated time and delivery date has been passed still I haven't got my product.I emailed them and tried to get in touch in every possible way but no reply at all. And after I texted them, they literally blocked me off instagram. Totally fraud crooks out there.
Please be aware and don't fall for such fraud sites...I wish I read reviews about that site before buying the product from them. I thought the site has noticable amount of followers so it might be a genuine one but sorry it's not at all a genuine site and its totally FRAUD.

In fact, even 1 star is a blessing to them! This firm is outright fraudulent! Gang of crooks! They set up a trap on Instagram! When I saw that the $ 100 bracelet was down to $ 30, I ordered it. I've been waiting since April 17, 2021. Of course i am waiting in vain; because they are a common fraud gang from the USA to Turkey! If there are laws in the USA, I hope they will punish this rotten gang! Beware and don't fall into the trap of these nasty scammers! I sent a direct message on Instagram and asked the fate of my order, they did not answer and blocked me, what a disgrace! God damn you!

Who would expect that a company with 260k followers on IG is a FRAUD! I ordered last Dec 2020 but nothing was shipped at all. Worst? They kind of deleted my order details. At first I can still track the status but after some time, order # and email doesn't show any details anymore. I also couldn't log in to my account but when I tried to make a new account using same details it welcome me as if it was the first time I created the account but the old details were still there. What a complete waste of money. Go eat my $70! Scammers fraudsters! Im so disappointed

I really wonder how those guys are still operating. They received my returned items but never send the replacements or some refund. Don't bother sending them emails or DMs in FB or IG - they never answer. It's a shame cause I really liked their products and I wanted to order more stuff from them but I guess they chose the business model they want to follow - robbing peoples money.

The bracelets are expensive and of very bad quality. After Only 10 minutes a leather bracelet Is neckline. Even the tube to fix the bracelets Is off immediately.

Ordered merchandise back on Nov27. Nothing yet nor any response from company. I have since filed a fraud alert to my bank to try and get my money back. THIEVES

This is a sham company ! Do not order from them. No way to track your order. I am out 384.00. I Ordered 4 cabinet beds On Black Friday. I paid extra for expedited shipping. No answer to emails. It is a SHAM!!!!!!! Do not ever buy anything from them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE IT IS A SHAM!!!!!!!!!

I fell for it, on FaceBook. I ordered items and paid for the upgrade shipping and we are in day 11 with no response to emails, no product, no shipping information and when you click on track your order it has no website. DO NO ORDER. CONSIDER THIS COMPANY AS A FRAUD.

Order a Giant Inflatable Frosty The Snowman that plays movies on his belly off of Facebook but when I go to check my order there site doesn't even come up, so therefore I have no way of tracking it. I'm going to call my credit card company that I used to charge it on and see if I can get help getting in touch with them or get my money back.

Probably the worst online shop ever. please don't waste money on zenger rings, these people are fraud. they never reply to your emails or messages, i even tried to contact them on their Instagram and Facebook account but they never reply. it's been 20 days and my order has not been shipped. fraud company and worst customer service

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. I purchased a bracelet spent around $65. Seemed like okay quality but they run small. Got a medium in men size and it looked like a kids medium. So I had to return it. My intention was to return and purchase a different style. I went through the return/exchange approval process which you do so on website. Shortly after i received an email with approval and return prepaid label. I packed and shipped it back as instructed in its original packaging. I believe the website states refunds typically takes 2-3 business. So i waited a week, and nothing. Checked status and said it was delivered. They received it. I tried emailing. No reply. Waited a couple days, emailed again, and again no reply and no refund. I've already sent 3 emails, filled out form on website to be contacted by someone anyone and nothing. I've messaged on instagram. Wrote a review on instagram regarding the issue and still now 20 days after receiving their merchandise back no one has contacted me. I'm beyond upset. I work hard for my money and that was a gift in which i had to take back and will have to replace. This isn't right. I'm not one to usually write reviews but here i am going above and beyond to put them on blast wherever i can so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. And I need my money back.

I placed my order 6 months ago but no delivery. I have sent many emails and messages on social media but no reply. Terrible experience and resulted in credit loss. Stay away!

purchase from them quality was ok bracelet looks nice.
they promised a promotion discount which they didn't supply and made me pay extra money when I tried to contact them they just don't answer and doesn't notice you or care what you say.
just get another bracelet from another shop they are not honest
there are plenty other nice products on the web
