Too long to ship. Order cancelled

Tried and tried to find a a reason why my orders hadn’t shipped. To be continuously told once it’s being scanned I’ll be able to track it.
I know this.
I am asking for an update. My whatnot order from Sam and Colby was cancelled as they hadn’t shipped in time also.
I wouldn’t recur you need something by a specific date unless you are willing to wait months or lose out.
This team used to be brilliant. Unfortunately something has changed.
Majorly disappointed.

Disappointed

I had an issue with a previous order with no alternative offered. It feels like a missed opportunity to make things right. I’ve supported this brand and expected better follow-through and communication. Disappointed that loyal customers aren’t given proactive solutions when things go wrong. I expected more from a brand that prides itself on community.

Bad communication

Bad communication, ordered item that took weeks to get an update, then I finally have delivery info but the date has passed.

No update on uk dhl, no reply from company, applying, paid for this overpriced item so they have my money, but they cannot arrange delivery in any good time and cannot confirm where it is. Requested another update!!! They’ve refused the refund once as it’s been posted, appalling to be honest, when customers buy something, you actually need to ensure they get it

My daughter ordered from them for there…

My daughter ordered from them for there hell week merch it was delivered to the wrong house and she never received it but because fedex says they delivered the package she is just out her money. She is 14 years old and worked hard to earn the money to buy the sweater she did: I wish I could up load picture that show that were they delivered to and our house is not the same. I even emailed the picture to the customer service help thing in my email and they blamed her for not getting a different kind of shipping plan. Very disappointing that kids are being taken advantage of.

Yummy

TECHNICALLY I haven’t bought from them but I bought some of their old merch when they used fanjoy and my orders arriving soon sorta overpriced but if you’ve seen people merch you will know it’s expensive as hell

I can’t order because I don’t have a credit card. And I’m from the Netherlands so I can’t use Apple Pay because I don’t have a credit card

Amazing service

My package got lost in the post office sadly.... but they have the most amazing service ever! They answer pretty much right away, and because i had lost my package they offered to send a new. This shop is honestly so service minded i love it.
