I ordered shoes from this site

I ordered shoes from this site. They sent one pair in the correct size the other pairs they sent shoes in the wrong size. Their customer service refused to return them and told me they couldn't return them because the sales are final. One pair of shoes I still never received.

These were the worst I paid almost $200 for a brand new pair of Airmax Valentine’s shoes only to receive a bootleg pair the boxes crash paper inside ripped the shoe which is all red. Looks like it came from the swap meet you can see all the stitching the soles are dirty. I’m waiting for them to respond to me about coming to pick these up and we’re refunding my money buyer beware these are not authentic shoes. Well, at least the ones I got weren’t authentic although the agent told me that they are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Well, whoever thoroughly inspected these should be fired. I have pictures.

Didn't know there was a strict 30 day return policy. Bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter that
were delivered November 13. They were a Christmas present, so they weren't opened until December 25th. They wouldn't accept return nor an exchange. Buyer beware!

WSS Is bad news, Unsatisfied with the whole process

Should've read review they say it all! Unsatisfied with the whole process! Christmas is already stressful and we spend our hard earn money for our family.
I’ve never had any issues returning or exchanging online products especially if your thinking you’re purchasing new. Wasn’t satisfied with Nike 270 shoes one looked used bottom was dirty, didn’t like the style of the blue one. I was at least able to return the black pair and get my money back.
I hate fine print bullshit and if this is how your company is ran then you lost a customer for life? I’ll bite the bullet keep shotes and never give you another dime. I’ll make sure everyone knows how you operate.
Funny story went to store to return even willing to exchange and was told by clerk we can only do exchange per my district manager! That alone just did not sit well and I understand it’s a business well no more of my business!

Our Son purchased my wife a pair of…

Our Son purchased my wife a pair of tennis shoes for Christmas. She tried the shoes and they were too big. We had the receipt and just wanted to exchange to the right size. The shoes were never worn other than the fitting and they were with their original tags/stickers. We even have the receipt of the purchase 3 days before on December 22nd.

Even though the sales are finals, we dont want to return them, just exchange them to the right size. The suppose Manager of the store who was very, very young, told us the store has non sense policy that would not even allow us to exchange to the right size.

If I could give 0 stars I would or below negative. This company is terrible and their customer service is horrible. The reps that you deal with over the phone have poor communication skills and terrible attitudes. I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit my daughter because they were a Christmas gift and they’re “final sale” shoes so they don’t offer any exchange or return in stores. I will NEVER purchase from them ever again! This is why I buy from Vans stores/online website and Journeys. This company is a joke!

Don’t buy shoes at WSS

Don’t buy shoes at WSS! They send you used sneakers, broken boxes, and charge you full price! The company is struggling so bad that they are robbing customers…they keep your money, don’t let you return for refunds, and ship you used shoes with human hair inside. It’s the most disgusting, unethical company & I hope they shut down soon. Footlocker & Dicks need to sell off WSS because they are scammers!!!

My package was delivered to a…

My package was delivered to a completely different address by FedEx, despite my correct address being provided. The delivery photo submitted by the driver was not the front of my home, and notably did not include an apartment door, which further confirms it was delivered to the wrong location.

FedEx later informed me in writing that after an exhaustive search, they were unable to retrieve the package and advised me to contact the shipper for resolution. I followed their recommendation and contacted WSS customer service, as I initially did before reaching out to FedEx.

I provided WSS with clear proof, including photos of what the front of my home actually looks like and footage from my front door camera. Despite this evidence, WSS declined to assist me in any way.

As a result, I am out $81.31 for an item I never received. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I expected far better customer service and accountability.

I will not be ordering from WSS again and would caution others, as there appears to be no protection for customers when delivery errors occur.

WORST COMPANY I EVER DEAL WITH! IF YOU GONNA MAKE A PURCHASE RUN AWAY. I order one pair of Nike on Dec 7 2025 I received several e mails stating it was received on the way track # etc two weeks later nothing I had call to complain it just happened that because order hasn’t move out they will CANCEL MY ORDER I said I would wait I COULD IT GET IT ON SALE AT THAT TIME somewhere else. ! Man the CUSTOMER SERVICE…. Needs immediate attention I wonder if they pay their employees to not be helpful at all. Reps are rude, ignorant, and vague not to mention they hang up once they don’t understand how to do their job.

Be careful ordering shoes

Place an order online with right shoes size and it changed AFTER I ordered my shoes wrong shoe size. I contacted them to cancel my order but they said they can’t cancel it. I can’t return it because it’s final sale. Their website needs to be fixed. Because THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT CHANGED THE SIZE.

I wonder if wss has call quality assurance. I contacted customer service via live chat, and the representative ended the chat. The second live chat representative took her sweet time replying to my messages. I then attempted to call customer service. After being hung up on twice, I finally got assistance from a representative named Alondra. Thank you, Alondra for doing your job! WSS really needs to check their employees as most aren't doing the job they get paid for.

I've bought shoes here twice, once in-store and once online. What attracted me to WSS was the selection. I got my online order in three days and it was all exactly what I ordered, and I was happy with what I paid for these cool brands.

Visited Store #62 in Lancaster

Visited Store #62 in Lancaster, California with grands looking for shoes. The gentleman at the door asked one of the cashiers to show me where what I was looking for was. As we were walking down the aisle, a Hispanic man approached us and said something to the woman in Spanish. She immediately walked away from us, without saying a word and went to help him. When she was finished, she returned. At that time, I told her I would look for myself and told her what she did was rude. She said with attitude "It doesn't matter". She walked toward the registers loudly repeating herself. She continued to speak loudly as she and the other two cashiers and gentleman at the door stared at me.

After a few minutes another salesperson was passing, and I explained what I was looking for. She smiled and said, " I get it" and showed me the available selection. She was polite, courteous and professional. The man at the door continued to watch my grands and me as we shopped.

As we stood in line the "rude cashier" waited on a Hispanic customer. She chatted with them briefly, was polite, checked to ensure the shoes in the box were identical sizes etc. She even walked back to the racks to exchange one shoe for another.

After I paid for my selection, I asked the gentleman who had been watching us to step outside so we could talk.

I explained what happened and he said, "you mean she left you hanging?" (I guess she never told them what she did). I then asked "What ghetto fabulous gutter, they found that woman at since she was not professional, she was rude (and proved my point when walking the 50 feet to the register speaking loud enough where I could hear her saying it "didn't matter").

He said he would speak to her.

Additionally, your employees should be culturally sensitive [and trained to be culturally aware of how their behavior is perceived (being disrespectful loud and obnoxious is not a "Good go to")] as this gives the impression of a lack of character.

Above all, the most important thing is to just have "good manners". Or another option would be, if an employee prefers to work with customers of the same race/culture have them wear a button identifying themselves and customers from other cultures know not to bother with them.
