I ordered two plushes on November 30th and both plushes were in stock. It is now December 10th and both plushes are out of stock. I paid for both in full plus shipping now won't get them for Christmas. Very poorly ran business.
Sorry, but these guys aren't ready for e-commerce. My order took nearly 5 weeks to arrive, and it was just a shirt, a stuffed animal, and a bag tag. Ridiculous, and missed my child's birthdate by two weeks. Customer service was non-responsive aside from one short email at the beginning.
