My shopv agent does a really good job.We've been working together for almost a year now and Neil has been a real help from day one.He always replies very quickly and is really helpful, he not only takes care of the fulfillment,he negotiates the prices for the proactively.He makes helpful product suggestions that fit my collection and have good sales figures.It couldn't be better.I am more than satisfied with his performance and communication.Of course,shopv is a bit more expensive than you could source the products elsewhere-but the service is worth every cent and runs smoothly,After I have triggered the fulfillment order,everything happens on autopilot and with very good shipping times.I would never switch.

Your carrier company provided me with an excellent service. My cargo arrived on time, in perfect condition and with no hassle. The carrier staff, especially Lucas, was very courteous, professional and helpful.

These people were so good to me. I know nothing about shipping and they were very patient, I would use them over and over again!

I don't ship a lot, therefore I do not use the Shopv premium package, but when I ship more this will definitely be the first software I'll be upgrading to a premium package. The software is so simple to use, everything frkm the ahipper is already setup in the system, it syncs great to our wordpress site to import the information on the orders. There's a couple of things that I would fix, but I believe those are all part of the monthly suscription already.

The delivery was perfect, even earlier than expected. The downside was that I missed the delivery person's call and there were issues with customs clearance.

Everything went smoothly, just as expected. I was kept updated at all times and received the items in good condition ahead of schedule.

They paid close attention to all the documentation requirements at both the starting point and the destination. They made both the delivery and customs clearance smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend them.

My containers are consistently delivered to customers on time. While I'm not a fan of the extra charges, they are clearly defined. Having worked with various cargo companies, I find Shopv to be the best in terms of performance. Their staff is courteous and efficient. That's why we rely on Shopv for all our shipments from China to the U.S.
