Ordered a crew neck and came within 10 days! It did come a bit weird but the customer service was very fast and helpful and the even gave me a replacement order. Really happy with this😁.

They suck.
Customer service doesn’t respond at all or takes a month to respond. They package fragile items like CDs in thin plastic envelopes; so they arrive broken.
They delay release-dates a lot too; + shipping is untrackable & trackable shipping is overpriced.
Not recommending!

Pre ordered T shirts which should’ve shipped on Dec 4th. These are now in stock for order but I still haven’t had mine shipped. Even though payment taken a month ago.

Usually I get my stuff within 7 days. I have ordered the positions limited cover cd and a sweetener long sleeve on the 29th of october and it shipped on the 2nd of november. We are almost halfway over november and I still haven't it. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I see other people have their positions cd. WHERE TF IS MINE @umusic????
