Great Company and Reputation
Starbuzz is a really great company. I would recommend them to any hookah enthusiasts. I have a starbuzz Carbine I bought a couple of years ago and I love it. To this day it’s my go to hookah. The shisha is always great from them as well, but recently I wanted to buy a kilo bucket since my local vendors are always sold out on my go to flavors. One of the flavors though Spearmint is so good and pairs up perfectly with White Mint from starbuzz or with Trifectas twice the ice. Well the spearmint was available from them for Pre Order, so I went ahead and ordered it. I contacted Starbuzz after a day or two just to see if they did have an eta for it, but when I spoke with Nasser he did adv. that it may be delayed a while but he can help me switch to another flavor if I wanted to. I ended up switching it to White Mint and Nasser had no issues making the changes. Now that I’ve tried their products and dealt with their customer service I honestly can’t recommend this company enough.
