The true review of a company is when something goes array as per my first order due to festive postal delays, and auto emails asking how I was finding my order before it arrived. I initially thought I had been scammed, but after query was raised I was instantly reassured, and the order did finally arrive and I am delighted with quality and products.

Easy ordering quick delivery and lovely products....

It’s a nicely made brush good quality- but I can’t see the benefit for my hair anyway. Thinking of sending it back but not sure if I can get a refund.

Love the scrunchie and the comb! The comb is perfect for popping in a handbag, and the scrunchie is a lot bigger than I’d expected - looks so good when I toss my hair in a bun. Shipping was very quick as well.

This brush is beautiful and well designed! It really makes my hair feel lovely and the more I use it, it really helps get rid of the frizz which I always thought was humidity!

I bought the brush and scrunchies. The brush is superb for my unruly hair and it detangles and defrizzes my hair brilliantly. The scrunchies are lovely to wear too. I received my purchases really promptly too. Great company and super products

I have a left review on their website after my purchase but they did not publish it which raises a lot of red flag and supports my initial thoughts about their falls claims all over the website.

I have purchased a “boar bristle brush”. Real boar bristle brushes are expensive so I was keen to try this affordable one. When the brush arrived, I could see straight away it’s not real boar bristles.

After I complained they sent me an email telling me how they ethically source real boar bristles etc. totally nonsense. I’m a hair dresser… I know my brushes! They probably just source it from China and repeat whatever heir supplier tells them.

They also make wild claims saying they sold over 1.000.000 brushes… yeah right. Another red flag!

Overall that’s not a good look and while I was tempted to buy one of their silk pillowcase, I’ll look somewhere else because it’s probably satin and not silk.
