Ordered a Tea Bag Jellycat, and received a Coffee to Go one without original packaging or label. Tried contacting them, and received a bounce back saying the email address no longer exists.
Cannot access website either.
It is now with my bank.
the item was advertised as genuine it was a jellycat steepy teabag at nearly £30.00
the item took ages to arrive something came not genuine not a teabag.
all correspondance was removed including order number and delivery date and tracking.
cant return item no address and cant email as site no longer there its no in the hands of my bank.
