Took my money never shipped my product. When I asked for a refund they never responded. Don’t fall for it they’re scammers!!!

If I could give zero stars I would.

Paid £70 & never received my order.

Received one email back from customer service team months later and they never got back in touch with me again or replaced anything in my order

This company just scams you into giving your banking information please do not trust them

They aren't scammers if you get the product, and usps says Rosada delivery today. Im actually getting it! Hopefully this review makes up for my last " I was scammed" review.I have to give an update for everyone to know whats actually up w/ Rosada. They should definitely warn buyers before. But you will get your product, just takes a very long time. Kind of like ordering off of the Wish app but you're well aware it can take 3 months to recieve from Wish, so its ok, you expect it and you got it super cheap right! Rosada if you ever read this! Don't even try to imply anything about quick shipping, just own the lengthy shipping times, people wont mind if theyre made aware of this, and then if they do, they won't order:) I ordered the retro TV and after 3 wks starting trying to contact them, with no response, and when I searched for my order # it said non existing:/ BUT low and behold I got a usps tracking notification(FROM USPS ONLY) saying delivery from Rosada retro tv!!! Wow! I never would have guessed it. But hopefully this review helps someone and gives insight. After searching Rosada trying to contact them, I found one comment out of a bunch of bad comments, that said they got it in 2 months, so figured Id wait longer. I didn't mind the wait, just would have been nice to know, or get a response, or even find info on my order # Ok that's the update: usps says delivery today! I really give 4 stars for not being able to contact them on the issue or find my order #, but gave 5 to make up the difference for the last review when I thought I was for real scammed. So thanks Rosada for the tv and I will try to leave a good review everywhere I can, but with 4 stars elsewhere:) Just fix your customer service, and boldly tell people it takes 20 to 40, or 15 to 30 days:)

Product finally arrived extremely late and wasn’t in a box as advertised. Item was bent and in no state to work but zero response from seller when emailed. Avoid as they clearly are scammers and don’t care. Will be trying to get money back via my bank

Did not receive the product and it's been a month. They are scammers and you cannot even reach them via customer service. Disgustingly exploitative.

Never recieved what I ordered
It's been almost 2 months and no reply when I make contact. This is scam

2 stars instead of 1 because shipping was fast and well-tracked and they did in fact send me a product; but what arrived was a soggy, sloppy, damaged version of the advertised. Worse, the website deflected my attempts to leave an enlightening review by sending me to a "404 Not Found" page when I clicked a low star, which is pretty sketchy of them. Would not recommend, don't waste your money on shoprosada.
