Mixed Views ........

Generally very good but I'm getting more and more receipts for goods which I've bought ( ie not found the receipts or had them passed to me ! ) and as soon as I get home I scan them ......only for them to show up as " This receipt as already been submitted" - Absolutely Impossible but there is no "appeals system" and once rejected they reject it everytime even if THEY are 100% wrong !
