Great Communication and Service

Great communication and customer service throughout the experience. Seems to be a great product. I did have an initial issue with fit, but the team has been so responsive in helping me with that and sending out a new one that fits.

For a great night's sleep, choose Remi

I have had 4 sets of Remi mouth guards. While I have enjoyed sleeping better and not grinding so much when you get a new pair they just hug your teeth and feel great. When I first got them I had trouble getting them fitted so they arranged a video call for me and taught me how to get a perfect fit. Since then I look forward to every new pair. Over time they get a little looser and a new pair always feels nice and snug.

They trap you in a subscription!

They trap you in a subscription and make it impossible to cancel. I received 1 set of night guards over 2 years ago and have had to fight them every 6 months since. Every 6 months I get an email saying my order is set to ship, I call them and tell them I don't want it, didn't want the subduction, cancel it all! They say something along the lines of you'll be charged $1xx if you cancel now. But if I except this order it'll be the $89 and then the subscription will be cancelled. Cool, do whatever but I don't want have to do this again. That happened twice and I have never ended up getting the night guards. 6 months ago I got the email again that my order is shipping so I called and said cancel it all.. for real this time. She said she did, refunded me $40 🙄 and cancelled the order. Well here we are, again with the same email, same subscription, same BS. This time, they have an AI chat person vs real person. I give it all the info, tell it to cancel the subscription. It sends a couple of offers to try to get me to stay, I say no, it then says my request is submitted and it's been sent for REVIEW! Why does my cancellation request have to go for review?? I'm now hundreds deep in this freaking company and I have still only gotten the 1 set of mediocre night guards. Just let me free already!

Just received my first order

Just received my first order of night guards. The process was super easy. I loved being able to speak directly with a rep that walked me through the process for the imprints of my teeth used to make the guard. It did take longer than going through my dentist but the price was worth it. They fit great.

Remi night guards

I purchased a night guard set to form the guards. The set had 2 sizes to chose from. There were written instructions and a video explaining how to fit them. Sent pictures to be accepted. Had to send another set to be approved. Actually this was good to make sure good fit. Have been informed along the way of what is happening with them. These were from Remi.com. Very good company to deal with.

Remi night guards are great

Remi night guards are great. The process is simple, they send you molding kit, you send back and then your set. I've been using them for years since they are easy to wear to sleep and no discomfort. A lot cheaper that the ones i received at the dentist before.

I had excellent customer service

I had excellent customer service. When my new mouth guards were I bit too tight and uncomfortable, I reached out to customer service, and after sending a video and picture of my guard, they were able to make the appropriate modifications. I received the new guards today and they fit much better.

Great Price, Great Experience, Great Product

Night-guards made by a dentist are more expensive than I wanted to pay, but I wanted to start preserving my teeth from nightly grinding. I heard about Remi on a podcast and checked it out. When I received my impression kit, I tried to make them without a zoom session, but the first try wasn't good enough. Remi patiently sent me a free second kit, and the dental professional on the zoom walked me through it. Everyone I spoke with at Remi were very professional and helpful. When I received the night-guards, I was really pleased with the result. They are thinner and softer than the night-guard I had 15 years ago, but easier to use--to drink water or to talk when they in one's mouth. For the price, you can't beat the experience and the quality.

I seriously love my Remi night guards

I seriously love my Remi night guards. The whole process was way easier than I expected. They send you the kit, you do the impressions at home, send in pictures for approval, and then mail everything back. Super straightforward.

They sent me two custom night guards, and they’re really good quality—definitely not flimsy. They’re firm and durable, and they fit comfortably.

I’ve had mine almost a year and it’s held up way better than the one I got from my dentist. I’m a heavy grinder and I used to wear a hole through my dentist guard in about six months… but my Remi guard is still going strong.

It’s also a lot cheaper than going through the dentist, and honestly I’m just really impressed with the results. Highly recommend!
