I place an order than God only for two items. My card was charged, and I was given an order number. Now that was over 2 weeks ago still no email from them about status of order. I have emailed gave my order number but still no reply back from you guys on status. I just want to see when its arriving to see if I can purchase more.
Scam. Placed a order, whole month went by and did not ship out my order. Kept giving me the run around then when I asked for a refund they stop responding via email. Never again. Gave them a shot because I thought their pieces were cute but never again, first and last time. I try to support small businesses but this a price example as to why some people don’t.

0/10. Ordered 3 items, one dress was stained, one the wrong size, and one item hasn't even come in and it's been over 2 weeks since I ordered and 1 week since they "expedited shipping". No one replies to my emails and I have not received a tracking number. Terrible customer service
They sent me the incorrect item and promised to send the correct item once the original package was checked in at the post office.
Over a month later, I didn't receive any update on my package and was told they would give me a refund. However, weeks have passed and no refund was ever completed. They are now ignoring my messages, resulting in me having to file a complaint with the BBB.

Got my gf a birthday gift from them and it shipped quickly and fit perfectly. Had to reach out through email for a couple questions about sizing and they responded in a timely and respectful manner. Definitely will be shopping with them again.
My boyfriend bought some clothes for me as a surprise and he told me they were very helpful in finding the perfect dress. I honestly loved it and had an amazing birthday. They even shipped it through express so he could see the dress in hand and decide if it was the right one.
My order came so quick!! Their shipping time is amazing. That plus the quality is why I’ll be ordering again real soon.
I live in South Africa and usually send packages home in the US and collect them once I’m back stateside, as it works better for shipping & custom taxes.
I bought two items from them about 3/4 months before arriving in the US.
1st the shipping took well over the time stated and when I contacted them about the order via email there was no response. So like others I resulted to commenting under Insta pictures and was responded with a DM. The conversation became unprofessional and I chose not to respond as the package ended turning up about two days later.
I arrived to the US only to see they only sent one of the two items, when I sent an email about this nearly a month ago…There was no response.
At that point, I didn’t feel like going back and forth with someone who clearly doesn’t know how to run a business. They should take the $60 I lost and put it toward a course on how to run a business or how to professional work with customers. Also, the clothes I purchased I’ve seen on two other websites, don’t spend your money here.
I was going to wait until I received my order but I’m highly annoyed. I placed an order a week ago today and followed their instructions on requesting a faster shipping method which stated to email them with the subject line faster shipping or something of that sort, because they only had one available during checkout. I emailed them over 4 times because the outfits that I ordered were for a trip that I was taking over the weekend. They didn’t get back to me until two days later with the additional shipping options and stated that even if I did pay for expedited shipping it still wouldn’t get to me in time. Why even have that option to email you requesting faster shipping if those emails aren’t going to be taken as priority?? Here we are a week later and still no updates on my order or it being sent. Today I messaged them during the morning time on Instagram, no response. I then commented under a picture that they had just posted during the same time still no response 7 hours later. Really confused why no one has gotten back to me especially when they keep posting on social media. I really wanted to like this company but the customer service and communication needs help.
Update: Finally got a response after they saw that I made this review. Very unprofessional and rude stating that they followed their policy which in fact they did not and they cancelled my order which is totally fine. Worst experience ever do not shop here

I love this company! I ordered two separate garments from them, The Vivian dress in yellow and the serenity bottoms! Both came in exactly when they said they would with no issues!! The material on the Vivian dress is so light and comfortable I wore it in 90+ degree weather and had no problems! I will definitely be buying more garments in the future!

When I first saw the reviews for the company, I was hesitant to purchase but I took the chance anyway because I needed birthday outfits for my trip. I ended up ordering the Serenity Bottoms, Camila Skirt, and the Alison Set. They all shipped the day after I ordered and arrive in time for my trip. They even posted me on instagram!

Ordered 3 items for well over $100 and I am beyond unsatisfied. I only received TWO ITEMS and then on top of all this the one item I didn't receive was specifically for an upcoming trip (I ordered 2 MONTHS in advance) and the owner swore she would ship another out (after telling me they no longer even had the color I wanted) I agreed to getting a different color and a $10 refund credit. -_- Still haven't received anything almost a month later! Poor customer service and ever poorer price for the quality of service AND products you receive... will most likely not shop here again...

Absolutely horrible customer service. Only time they respond is when presented with the opportunity to quarrel. It’s such a shame because the clothing has such great potential. Unfortunately, would not recommend. Don’t do it to yourself.

This company is SOOO unprofessional it’s not even funny. I returned an item in November. I was told that I have been sent store credit via a discount code. I went to use the code and it was not working. I emailed them because I’m trying to order the dress for Christmas. Their response says they’ll email back in 48 hours max. I gave them TWO WHOLE DAYS and they never responded. I emailed AGAIN on the 3rd day and still no response. They had some bullsh*t excuse talking about “if you email continuously, it pushes the response time back”. JUST HIVE ME MY CODE ABD SHUT UP!!!
I finally went to their IG and commented and they deleted my comment and instead slid in my DMs. So that thing others have said about deleting HONEST negative statements is true. I was told in my DMs that I would get a response that same day via email. I waited THE WHOLE DAY and not one response. So today I DM them A G A I N. And FINALLY they email me with a gift card.
I love supporting black owned businesses but my expectation of quality customer service doesn’t change just because we belong to the same race. DO BETTER and stop being so condescending when ppl ask for THEIR MONEY. That was my money and I had to run down on you for it. That is weird. I will neverrrrrr do business with them again and I have so many sisters and friends who I will never let buy from them either. That’s what happens when you mess up and instead of being polite, you act like an a**hole.

I wanted to leave a review because I had a great experience with pink plastic. So I ordered a white dress and I needed it in like 3 days so they showed me how to order express. When I ordered it, I messed up on my address so it actually didn't get delivered and it got sent back. I emailed them and they let me know that I forgot my apartment number. They made me pay a reshipment fee of like $7 and they next day the dress to me. Their customer service was very helpful. Will definitely shop again!

Whenever you inquire about orders or mention delivery issues in comments they delete them immediately. I really want to support this small business but they are non communicative and dodgy.
Also a lot of the items they sell can be found on other sites!
