Erika of SIJ was in contact with me the whole time from the moment I purchased the watch until the day it arrived. she kept me in the loop and aware of the shipping process from Japan all the way to Hawaii. it arrived rather quickly via DHS with the delivery person hand delivering it to me. it was an amazing experience and I would not hesitate to buy again from SIJ. customer service was outstanding. I recommend this company to anyone.

such a great experience during all the process, super intuitive while buying, the shipping, the time to respond to any questions or requirements I may have, it even arrived one day before expected, Erika was super kind and helpful along the way, its way cheaper to buy here than the international version and also the added value of being a Japan model made for Japan.
