What a terrible experience

What a terrible experience! Lots of promises, but zero results. I purchased a product online back in November 2025. It was intended to be a Xmas gift. Although I provided my exact street address, the product never arrived. I contacted Numist and was met with lots of apologies. As I no longer needed the product I negotiated a refund. Bella from Numist also advised me that they were going to still send me the product free of charge. Neither of these things have happened. This company is a joke. There are plenty of competitors out there who provide better products and service. Don’t waste your time or money with Numist!

SCAMMERS!

SCAMMERS!!
Do not buy from these. They use branded Medicube advertising and packaging but whats actually inside the box is a different product with different ingredients. Claim they offer a money back guarantee but they don’t. Ignore emails when you ask for a refund. Dhabi reported them to Instagram and Medicube for false adverting.
