Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Store!

I had an expensive snowboarding trip booked in advance and ordered a $700 snowboard to use on my vacation. Despite being marked as "delivered," the board never arrived. Instead of making things right, the store refused to issue a refund until FedEx completed their so-called "investigation."

It's now been three weeks, and I still don’t have the board or my money, meaning I couldn’t even buy a replacement. My entire trip was ruined because of this.

At first, they were responsive over email, but after about a week, they completely stopped replying. No response to calls either—just radio silence.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. STAY AWAY!

Overall the best!

Not only was the price the best I found. The delivery was fast and the packaging was great. I will absolutely be shopping with Nomads again. I also will recommend you guys to everyone I know.

Scammers

Called about a refund because the company is shady and selling out stock they can’t get rid of so they show you a picture of what you want on their site (in this case I wanted a black shoe), then send a confirmation of the item but in tiny almost white writing it says what you are actually getting (happened to be a brown shoe they were sending).
Telling them this on the phone, the owner says it is the customer’s job to realize the mistake, even though the picture STILL shows a black shoe!
I said I want a refund it’s the wrong shoe. She says she will send me a shipping label, and she will pay $20 and I have to pay the rest when the return is complete. She gets the shoe back, then only returns me $50 of the $105 I paid! I said you owe me another $35 and change, she says no, no one told you that. You have to pay a huge shipping cost to return the item on your own. Wth. Crappy company. Now she has the perfect original shoe back to sell to someone else while I am out of pocket $55 and have nothing to show! After they scammed me with the wrong shoe! SCAMMERS
