⚠️ Be aware — this company has zero reliability when it comes to delivery or customer service.
It has been almost one month, and they have now sent me the exact same email twice.
The first time, they told me that the shipping company could not send my clothes and gave me two options: get a refund or wait another 2 weeks. I agreed to wait because I really wanted the items.
After 10 days, I emailed them simply to check the tracking and see what was happening. Instead of actually checking my order, they sent me the exact same email again: “Sorry, the shipping company will not send the items. Would you like a refund or wait another 12 days?”
Seriously… are you actually reading the emails, or is this just an automated reply?
I already agreed to wait. Why am I being asked the same question all over again?
This has been extremely frustrating and completely unprofessional. If you cannot deliver to certain countries, do not advertise that you can.
At this point, I just want my full refund. I will not be using this app again.

I will never ever purchase anything…
I will never ever purchase anything else from this company. There is no customer service. I placed an order with them in the middle of July, it is now August 8. There’s no customer service. My item hasn’t even shipped. I don’t need the item anymore. The website is trash. There’s nowhere to just cancel the item so they don’t even waste their time trying to ship it.

I have been waiting a month and three…
I have been waiting a month and three weeks for my order. I will never order from Micas ever. I send emails to them and they keep telling me they are waiting on an item within my order. Each week that goes by they keep telling me a different date for the item to be restocked. This is a lie because the restocking date keep changing. When I reach out and ask where is my order they give another date that my item will be restocked. I order 15 items and only received one item. This is unacceptable and I’m highly disappointed and upset. Here is the thing that gets me why not just send the items that are ready, instead making someone wait almost 2 months for an order?

Expectations SO exceeded!
I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve been burned before by clicking on cute outfits featured in Instagram ads, only to receive items that looked nothing like the photos or were made with terrible-quality materials.
Micas COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations. Every single piece I ordered was beautiful. The quality is incredible, the prices are unbelievably reasonable for what you’re getting, and the sizing was spot on. It’s rare for an online order to get everything right, but Micas absolutely did.
I genuinely can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be ordering again!

I would never order from MICAS again
I would never order from MICAS again. I returned my dress immediately after trying it on, and it was in excellent condition with no signs of wear. I have photos of the dress before shipping it back and proof that MICAS received my return.
Despite that, I’ve been waiting weeks for my refund while they claim it’s still undergoing a “quality inspection.” Their own policy says refunds are processed within a few business days after receiving a return, yet they continue to delay with no meaningful updates.
It feels like this “inspection” is just an excuse to delay refunds. If my refund isn’t issued immediately, I’ll be filing a chargeback and pursuing every available consumer protection remedy.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MICAS. Be prepared for a frustrating return process if you ever need your money back.

I ordered $108 worth of clothes from the company returned all the clothes because they was too big that was 30 days ago that I returned them. I have not received a return as yet there is not a number that you can call you have to deal with the people through email very upset because when I let them know, I needed to return all of the items they was very helpful, but once they received the return from UPS, they have not released my funds as yet do not order from this company because they will not give you your money back if you’re not satisfied with the items.

Honestly, the quick delivery was great. However like ALL sites that you're trying out for the first time, look at the reviews and the pictures. Quality depending on the item is also wonderful and usually you'll know what you want once you see the customer photos due to the fact that everyone's body type is different
