The experience with them is horrible
The experience with them is horrible. Beyond horrible. They will never refund you and they respond very slowly. I have ordered some items and by mistake ordered the wrong amount of two of them. They fixed the cart and did not send the refund proof on email. Then, they sent it on whatsapp showing a different card which means that the proof is not real. This was my first and last time. Very bad service and I think they are a fraud.

The clothes is slightly better quality…expedited shipping
The clothes is slightly better quality than Fashion Nova, maybe like H&M quality or Windsor. Sizing: I would make sure to look at the sizing review on their site, If it has no stretch size up. Both times that I've purchased a dress the top part is too big for me as a B cup. Shipping: I ordered items that said "speedy shipping." and I paid the $15 for expedited shipping. It still took about a week and a half to get my items. Here is a timeline: I ordered August 15, Fulfilled August 21, On Aug 22 it said expected date would be Sep 2, but then recieved my items Aug. 26th. items still come from China and have to go through customs.

It was not clear at the time of purchase that one of the items was non-returnable. The other item is returnable, but the return process requires providing a significant amount of information, which is simply not worth the time.
Unfortunately, I will have to donate both items as neither is a good fit. The quality of one was disappointing, while the other was nice but too large for me.

MICAS took me by surprise! I was iffy at first because I don’t like buying just any and specially nothing looking cheap but MICAs fits well, gorgeous fabric, great colors and absolutely great price! Ordered two outfits 7/14/2026. Delivered 7/31/2026. App would not accept an exchange or return due to sizes too small and the skirt ordered is defective with not even one leg capable let alone two for a skirt. Emailed 8/8/2026 because there is no customer service number only a support email. No response. Now out 130 + cost for new outfits for the intended event, and stuck with clothes I can not fit.

How do you explain this false advertising? It’s not letting me attach screenshots.
Faux leather patchwork hoodie says on sale $42 down from $50. Then I go into it a few hours later to commit to buying it and it’s advertised on the website on sale for $60 down from $71. I’ll work out how to post the screenshots. Don’t trust this company now.

This has been the worst place I've ordered from no contact number should have been the first red flag. It's been down hill from there, I order an outfit for a wake 3 weeks in advance still nothing. Asked for a phone call nothing I will be disputing the charges at this point!!!
