Like everyone else I had the worst experience with this scam company. I ordered an item, it was delayed. When I asked about it they offered to re-order it for me but I would have to pay again due to issues with their payment system, meanwhile they would refund me the original amount. What a joke. I cancelled my order and asked for my money back. They said it would take 30 days to refund the money, which of course never arrived. They then said the only way to get my money back was to file a chargeback with my bank. There is typically a limit of time (3 months) for chargebacks which had expired so this is how Meraki scam to avoid paying back. Luckily when I presented all the correspondence to my back I got the money back via my bank. It's terrible that this company continues to operate.

I wish I had read these reviews. I ordered handles back in June 25 and they never arrived. I have no had a refund either. I have tried to get the money back through my bank and they cannot get In touch with the company either.

My order has never arrived. I have been waiting 3.5 months! I sent multiple emails to the company asking for a refund, and so far, they have refused to do it. Do not order from this company!

Complete scam! The website looks really genuine but it’s all fake including the reviews they display on the front page. You can also tell that some (if not all) of the 5 star reviews on this site are not relevant and obviously written by them. I managed to get my money back through my credit card. Do not buy from this website.

All good, delivery took a bit long all other is great.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolute scam of a place. Ordered some door handles back in September and have been fobbed off every time I’ve asked for an update. Nearly 2026 and I still have not received and don’t think I ever will.

Just another victim of this awful company. I paid £90 for some handles back in October and despite several chasing emails, there is no sign of them. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and I would encourage others to do likewise. If you bought on credit card (as I did), don't forget you can make a Section 75 claim to try to recoup your money. Good luck everyone and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

We ordered some coat hooks in August. They arrived in November, but with the incorrect installation hardware. As a consequence, we can’t use them. I asked the customer service team to send the correct installation hardware, but other than a couple of holding emails over the course of six weeks, the company has provided no indication of when I might get a response let alone a solution. I’m embarrassed to say that I think I’ve been caught out by a scam website. Please think carefully before using this company. My order was low value, but I know that’s not the case for everybody.

I returned goods to Meraki and, despite confirming the return and communicating back and forth via email, they failed to refund the money. The process dragged on for months with nothing but excuses, delays, and empty reassurances. Plenty of emails, plenty of promises - zero refund.

This isn’t a small inconvenience; it’s a complete breakdown of basic customer service and trust. If a company can’t handle a straightforward return properly, that’s a serious red flag.

I strongly advise anyone considering a larger or high-value purchase to think twice. If you need to return something, you may find yourself chasing your own money for months or not getting it back at all.

Avoid unless you’re happy taking that risk.

When products still hadn't been dispatched 6 weeks after ordering, we requested a cancellation and refund.

8 weeks later, still waiting - escalated via all channels and get a reply to emails 2 weeks after sending.

Scam. I’ve received some items but not all. Weeks of back and forth and now i have a half the hardware i need and no sign of when the other half will show up. I’ll likely have to remove all the hardware i purchased and received because i know have four doors and drawers with no hardware. Tiring, shitty service. Gaslighting bullshit and no end in sight

Interiors that feel intentional start with curated design, make every choice count.

This company is a scam. Do not order. They don’t send your items and do not respond to messages.

Fake company. No product received and no sign of a refund. Nothing but lies. Wish I had seen the reviews before placing an order.

This company is a scam!! Don't buy. Returns are not possible. Their return portal is not functional. They block all comment on social media. Their reviews on their website are all fake. I am reporting them to trading standards. Please report them if you have had a problem to save other shoppers.

Every home deserves pieces that spark joy.

Please dont use this company- we placed an order that took months - there was no update on the delay .
If you email customer services you get a very dry unapologetic reply
It’s impossible to get a date of delivery from them
So I cancelled the order having waited since May!!
There has been no refund or a response from this shop
I emailed them in August having placed an order in May

Purchased a lot for this company and end up it was totally scam. When sending an enquiry they are very responsive and once i follow up orders from my purchase on October 2025 they only reply me once a week and not very helpful response. then only then i saw this Trustpilot. TOTALLY SCAM!!!!!! affected one of our project
