SCAM SCAM SCAM! Absolute trash customer service

Update 4/2/26 still zero communication from the company. Submitted a warranty claim and also nothing! They will just take your money and when the watch fails you will have a paperweight. HEED THE WARNINGS DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

Absolute trash customer service. Sent several emails tried the phone number as well with ZERO response. They pushed some sort of update and the watch is a brick. Can’t get any help at all. Lifetime guarantee…. Absolute garbage customer service, take your money and disappear. Complete joke. Save your money

I bought a watch over two months ago…

I bought a watch over two months ago and only received a single email in early February. Since then, they haven't responded to any emails, and I still haven't received my watch. The customer service is terrible. It was advertised as having a 7-day delivery time, yet... In short, I strongly recommend buying a different brand of watch.

My watch suddenly started to experience…

My watch suddenly started to experience issues with the buttons to toggle thru options. I wore it every day and took it off the rotate to turn on. So needed the toggle buttons. Due to these issues I sent an email to Luxium, no response.

I turned the rotate to turn on watch due to the button not working properly. Then they just stopped working completely. I sent another email, no response.

Rotate to turn on started to act up with not working properly. Now it has stopped working all together.

Will send one final email to advise of my issues. But to date no response with any correspondence to the company.

It appears zero customer service for me. Regardless I will have to purchase another watch from a different company.

Thanks luxium for backing your product.

FYI: my watch was purchased sept 2024. My issues started in last two months. So it was only about 15-16 months old. And watch was never worn in water or damaged.
