I’m not sure how I ever lived without this can opener. It works just as well as the bulky electric can openers but doesn’t take up any counter space. It also removes the entire lid without sharp remains – not just the inner lid. Their customer service is also excellent. I bought two can openers. One works perfectly. One had a slight glitch. I reached out to customer service and they replaced it within a week.

Kitchen Mama has an excellent customer service department, so you can't go wrong with the purchase. Give the product a try and I am guessing that you will not be disappointed. It also makes a great Christmas gift.

Kitchen Mama’s customer service is excellent! I contacted them when my battery operated can opener stopped working less than a year from purchasing it on Amazon. They were detailed and responsive and mailed me a new can opener with no trouble at all.

Kitchen Mama is a very helpful addition to my kitchen. At 75 years old, my poor fingers need some help. I struggled with opening cans until my daughter gifted me a Kitchen Mama electric can opener. what a game changer. I had an interaction with Kitchen Mama staff and it was positive and helpful. I ordered the Kitchen Mama battery powered can opener in early June. Received it within 2 days and it worked great for about 10 days. Unexpectedly, I had to press the button and hold to open can. I contacted the company and explained the problem. They suggested a couple of possible solutions which didn’t work. I contacted them a second time and they immediately sent a replacement within 2 days. Tried it today and it works great. I am very happy with the can opener and recommend it if you want a portable opener. It performs great and is easy to use. And their customer support is excellent. Inexpensive and flexible. A great little device.

I had trouble with my Kitchen Mama can opener. Even though I waited quite awhile to contact the company, they were very receptive and responsive to my issue - and sent me a new device! I am thrilled with the customer service.

Unlike most companies, Kitchen Mama's response was extremely prompt. They first suggested ways of correcting the problem at home. When that didn't work, they gave me very easy explicit instructions to demonstrate the problem. Within a week they emailed me that a new replacement was ordered and soon to be delivered. Wish there were more companies like Kitchen Mama.

My first Kitchen Mama can opener stopped working, so I decided to contact the company to see if I could trouble shoot the problem. To my surprise, after sending some videos and pictures, the company sent me a new one. It's rare that a company sees the value in accommodating its customers instead of ignoring them. Customer service is top notch. If you are looking to buy these kind of kitchen tools, Kitchen Mama is the place to go.

The KM can opener is an AWESOME product. I received it as a gift and was very pleased with its performance. I had a problem with it and contacted their customer service. They were very pleasant and easy to work with and they resolved my issue quickly.
