This is my third time ordering from ShopiPersia and my order was much better than I expected. I will definitely order again with full confidence in their responsiveness and support.

I placed an order 3 months ago and it has never been shipped..
I have asked multiple times when it Will be shipped but no reply.

If there was 0 stars så you should get that. I have ordered some product from your online shop 21st december 2025 and I got message from post center that I have a parcel/ recommended letter from Iran now after about 3 months. I don’t need this product anymore because if i knew it takes so long time I didn’t order that!

Haven’t received my order (a book) and no response from the ShopiPersia team. I have been waiting for months. Could be due to the current political situation in Iran, but at least they can put out a general statement to clarify. I paid EUR 70 - I want a full refund our immediate prioritized delivery.

I ordered a book from this company and it has been over 1.5 months, but I have still not received anything. I have contacted customer support several times, but my messages have been ignored with no response.

This level of service is very disappointing. At this point, I no longer want the book — I just want a full refund.

Although it took a bit longer to receive my order than advertised, Saeed did an excellent job in keeping in contact with me. He sent updates as well as prompt replies to all my email inquires which really decreased the stress level associated with online purchases.
