Beware. Total scam. Money taken. No goods.
Review written four weeks after ordering.

Sent me the wrong size shoe and refused to send the right size until I returned the wrong ones to China!!!!!

Appalling service and goods.
Despite numerous emails to their so called “customer service” no replies.
I returned my goods to their china address as required, cost me £16Uk pounds for a dress costing £19.95😡
Still awaiting acknowledgement and a refund !
They operate on Facebook under Stylishoe.com
Their return policy is a joke

Beware should not be trading

Beware these people act as a customer services ctr for Stylishoe who do not send the advertised garment but cheap acrylics not cotton and. Linen as promoted. Then they want you to return the tat to China. Will be looking to see who else they represent.

Returned slippers to place in UK where they came from because too small. Then got email saying that they had to be returned to China. No refund. Don't buy from this company. Sometimes they go under Shoppideal

Never received order, when asked for money back they blocked my emails.
Total scam.

They don't understand anything scammers should be banned from selling rubbish stock and failing to send the right item then faking invoices scammmers saying cloud slippers quality rubbish not real

I ordered some slippers. I waited over 2 weeks to come through and they're the wrong size.

I contacted the company and they gave me the option of paying for postage and posting back the slippers. I explained that I don't understand why I am paying for their mistake.

The 2nd response shows they just don't understand why I should pay extra to get what I ordered in the 1st place.

Absolutely appaling company, to try to get any sense out of. Ordered Cloud slippers for a Christmas gift, for my daughter in law, after 2 hours of wear the sole came away from the slipper,also supplied a photo of the slipper, asked for replacement or a refund, after numerous emails l found out you have to return them to China. This would cost more than the original item, so l am left out of pocket and my daughter in law without her gift. Please do not buy anything from these scammers and rip off merchants

Ordered the "fleece lined boots" in a size 6. What I received was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Cheap hard plastic rubbish in a size too small! Got blocked from their Facebook page for leaving a message and review. Avoid at all costs. Do not order from this site, it's a complete scam, do not waste your money or time.

Ordered size 6 for my mum for Xmas they came a size 5 can't get in touch with the company save your money go somewhere else

Ordered some slippers that never arrived and they have currently ignored 6 emails. Stay away

Absolute joke these people. I purchased 2 pairs of Cloud slippers in different sizes in Nov 2023 and received order 30th Nov 2023, one pair for myself and one for my daughter being put away as a gift. I wore mine and they were rally comfy and warm but after only wearing them for 2 days the sole came apart from one of the slippers. Since then I have been trying to get either a replacement or refund as at £19.95 each plus shipping I would say these are not cheap. All I receive is an automated reply saying their advisors are will look into this. Now 5 emails sent and still nothing from them. Be very wary buying from these people.

Should know about these rip off companies before we get sucked in by their quality videos. Ordered uk6 slippers for my wife£24. Came baby size couldn't get her toes in. Said if I sent another £6.95 postage they would send a larger size 7. They sent an identical pair same size 6. Asked for photos of sizes sent, gave them to them. 4 times I have tried to contact over weeks, nothing. Seen the same slippers for £6.00, even Amazon £11. I've paid £30 for two useless pairs of slippers that no one can wear. Beware. RIP OFF..

Taken my money for some crap cheap slippers that were about 3 sizes too small, I’ve posted them back with proof and they are now ignoring all emails, they should be ashamed and trading standards will be notified

Scam company. Don't waste your money. Same experience as others with slippers. Sent incorrect size. Their fault but expect return to China even though return address is in the UK. Will be contacting Trading Standards and contacting the company owner who is registered through Companies House. Irish born and Nigerian. That tells you a lot. Shouldn't be allowed to trade and rip the public off. 🤬

Avoid this company at all costs! They sent me the wrong size and refused to send me a replacement unless I paid the postage at £9.80. The slippers are of poor quality and certainly not worth the amount charged. Do not be taken for a ride like I was and avoid this company!!!

The products arrive late as they as this company is based in china but with a .co.uk address. You order the correct size, but they sent the incorrect size and then won't give you, your money back. They offered 20% back which totalled £3.99!!! THEY ARE RIP OFF SCAMMERS!!! If you want cloud skippers buy them at half the price on Amazon or even less on TEMU where you can get them for about £6.00!
I feel shamed even putting 1 star. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

AVOID **** ordered some slippers not arrived, tracking says they could not deliver. I was in no one came and when I queried told me to call Royal Mail. I’ve not had a card so defo not a Royal Mail delivery. Asked for my money back. Radio silence

I ordered a pair of slippers, I am yet to receive the goods, I’ve contacted the company by email. The response was they are in transit, they have been in transit for over four weeks, I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole, disgusting service.
