Terrible been talk back and forth for 2 months now still no products delivered and no refund

A load of scrap defo scam, no thread bent needles

Ordered from here BEFORE checking the reviews which I’m normally religious at doing before I buy anything online
Stupidly didn’t and realised I haven’t received an email confirmation after I’d placed it but the money was swiftly taken out really pissed off tbh that people can still get away with this these days

Incorrect sizing
Don’t respond at all to emails to return / exchange
Poor quality material on product

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This shop keeps changing their name to avoid being called out for scamming, so please do your research before shopping here. I bought two items from Haya and Lila and both were horrible and looked nothing like the images on their site.

Worst company. Total thief, Haya Khateeb needs to be deported.

I love Haya&Lila. They are my go-to for all of my clothing needs whether parties or vacations. They are professional and have excellent customer service. I always get my orders on time. I became one of their influencers

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! HAYA AND LILA IS A SCAM. I ordered a dress from here in 2020 and what arrived was NOT what was advertised on the site. It was a cheap knock off, with threads hanging everywhere, and not to mention several sizes too small. I had to send multiple emails before getting a response and they asked me to stop contacting them. They also delete comments on Instagram of people just asking for customer support.

Purchased the Dixon and Bella dresses and they were both prefect :)) By far my favourite place to shop for celebrity looks for less 10/10 Experience:) thank you Haya!

I ordered Dixon from revolve, I've just received my order, I'm very happy with my purchase. Delivery came on time and I love my new set I got so many compliments. Will order again in the future thank you!

When I received the items,I found the clothes quality were so cheap and totally different from the website.
Don’t use their 20% discount code or you can’t get the refund cuz they said the items what you use the discount code were final sale and they didn’t mark any final sale description in the website page.
And the last thing,do not trust their customer service will fix your problem because they just won’t let you refund in any reason!
Also do not try to leave a comment in their Instagram!They will delete every negative comment!Really not an honest seller!!

Shoppers be VERY aware. I got 2 dresses and a top which caused be 170bucks with the 20% off code. Now BE AWARE of these codes. They will set your items ON SALE which means that it is not returnable. And when I got my dress it looks totally different with totally different and unwareable design cut with the cerlebrity's dress in the picture. The point is that they don't put the actual thing up on their website! And selling different things, when I see the tag that's attached on the clothes, it is exactly what I could get out of alibaba with maybe 10 bucks. It has the same factory tag sewn on the clothes. Now since it's unretrunable I asked for an exchange and it took MONTHS to get the stuff to me. No one reply to email and promised to sent out something and don't. I think this is a totally scam and please don't buy in to this anymore. They are just some resellers not NY designers that have worked with all these cerlebirties. Totall BS.
