i orderd the 11th of february, and still we didnt receive anything... also the customer support is shit the same message sorry the shipment is on his way we update the ur order as soon as possible. still no updates what so ever. horrible company.

Well the device itself is alright. Not a fancy quality and what you pay for is the sd card and its content and not the console (you can pick them up blank for like £20 online).
The biggest negative is the shipping. First time it took about 1-2 months to arrive.
One broke after barely any use so after a long wait getting answers from costumer service, they decided to send me a new one. That's about 2 months ago now and still just says label created. Would say customer service is pretty poor. They will answer in ok time but just completely useless answers with no result. Still wonder if I will ever get the replacement 🤷♀️
Made my order nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything or been given any update since. Asked for an update 4 days ago to Luke and no response. Will be requesting a refund if I haven’t heard anything by tomorrow.

Placed an order Feb 6th, still havent received the item over a month ago despite 7-15 day shipping time, tracking hasnt updated since Feb 7th. No responses on any emails given on website. Contacted on Facebook to which they requested my order number about a week ago which I gave straight away and not a response. Seems they've replied to everyone's complaint by saying get In touch with your order number but hows that possible when they dont respond

I ordered this over a month ago, if there’s a lead time or issues shipping they should say that. I find it frustrating that my shipment hasn’t even reached the shipper yet. I would love to leave a nice review of the product but I haven’t even gotten it yet.

There customer service is horrible at responding and i ordered on feb 14th and still hasnt shipped. Couldnt even get a tracking update until i reached out where luke harrison said he couldnt even find my order. Giving them one more day before i do a chargeback through my bank. Avoid at all costs

The console was in perfect condition, huge selection of games. It's easy to play and kept me busy for hours. Customer service is fantastic, they're fast to reply and very happy. I would recommend to anyone who loves old school gaming.
Absolutely awful company. They sent me a broken console (which took forever to arrive - almost 2 months). I contacted customer service and get the same AI email asking me to send a video of the fault, which I did.
No response for over a week, then I get the same AI email asking for a video when I chased it up. I was told they're "taking my case seriously and it will be reviewed" - Almost 2 months later, nothing. Still chasing and getting the same AI response.
Also, they market themselves as a UK company, but it's all just cheap chinese rubbish

Orderd 2 on the 11.02.26 with fast shipping, still waiting... tracking non existent. Extremely disappointed. Should of just had a next day one off amazon. Must be coming from China not a UK supplier.

Consoles delevered very late. one console has a faulty screen and faulty speakers wife reached out to support and has been passed from piller to post with no outcome. they even tried blaming the missaligned pixels on retro games not the console its self. pathetic DO NOT ORDER off theese people you will will get no where if there is a fault 3 moths on and still no resouloution

Ordered on 6th Feb and paid for express delivery within 10 business days. Item has never arrived and communication from gamelab has been poor would never order from these again and I'm going through the process to get my money back through the bank DO NOT USE

Avoid this company! They took my money about a month ago and I have still not received any communication as to when to expect the shipment. The only response I have received from the company was to an earlier review on Trust pilot apologising and asking for more details. I provided the requested details and have still not received any communication from them since. None of the email addresses seem to work, as any email to them comes back as unable to deliver.

Sent me faulty device with broken pixels, exchanged some emails with them saying to take out sd then after reset blabla, did everything then they completely ignored me. I sent 8-10 emails after? They ignored all. AVOID. Very disappointed. I had even contacted them the same day i got the item. Company is a joke.
- so now they have responded me to below on here asking me to provide details 😆 iv already contacted you 20+ times. You responded here to make it look like you are actually trying to resolve it when in reality you dont care and ignore ALL forms of contact when things dont work out. Im Not interested now, will cut my losses as iv invested more time then needed and got no where and iv sent the order numbers to you on every email and videos. I just hope my review prevents other people making the same mistake i did by purchasing from yourselves.
