It’s a fraudulent company. I bought 2 items: one was AirPods Pro advertised as the genuine Apple AirPods Pro but was fake and defective, second item, car phone mount - it never arrived.
I chased customer service and they respond first few emails asking to send me the videos of the issue, I recorded fake faulty Apple AirPods Pro it and sent it to them, they never sorted the issue and did not refund 100£ for those earphone as as well as the car phone mount which did not arrive.
