Received an unbranded 3-in-1 slimming and beautifying machine ! Not what I ordered . Box was just plain and machine has no company name in it so could be dangerous ! No what the advert was selling !

Ordered a pillow in October tracking said despatch China on the 23/10 still not received checked now says despatched 031220 emails bounce back no Facebook activity since October 2020 !!!!!

They have not supplied goods despite taking my money 7 weeks ago

Do not order 41 days later my pillow hasn't arrived and now the email address is invalid disturbing they took my cash.

My memory foam pillow took 8 weeks to arrive but when I opened it, omg, I've seen bigger bean bags. Definitely not what was advertised. It was just a cushion sized bean bag. Disgusting.

I ordered pillow and had to wait 7 weeks..then it went missing ..Royal mail said address was incomplete .
They used lockdown as excuse for delay ...waiting for refund now

As with a few reviewers here, I ordered pillows and they have not arrived and will not give a refund.

Go to your bank and claim it back through them to get your money and then buy the pillows on Amazon for a third of the cost and get them delivered in a couple of days. This is what I ended up having to do.

Shocking they even used Lockdown2 as an excuse why it delayed the pillows leaving their building in China!!!

Do not order from this company. Ordered a pillow 8 weeks ago, took money and haven't received it.
Asked for a refund. Apparently cannot have a refund because I haven't received the pillow!!!
Absolutely rubbish.
I will never use companies like this again.
Please beware.

Have ordered a pillow over a month ago tried to email but got nothing item still not recieved but money has been taken 😡

I ordered on 14th September and paid through Paypal. The item has not been received to date....16th October...despite sending e-mails a number of times. Keep saying a subsidiary company but the account was paid to Shopenda!!! Dont order through them!!!!!

Purchased 2 clever cutters as they looked fab online, I was very disappointed when they arrived as they do not cut through anything! It cuts wonky and does not slice through cleanly. When I tried to refund I was told that I need to use more force! I was asked to send videos and photos of the fault which I have done and they will still not refund me.

I also purchased a wet basket vegetable cutter which took 24 days to arrive when it did the box was all battered and looked like someone had already opened it inside was cheap white plastic cutters but in the original video they are all black and have a holder to put cutters in I didn't have that,all the reviews on shopenda were all black cutters and packaging was very good everyone said I think you should get what you have paid for in original picture not a cheap looking version I didn't even want to give it 1 star as cannot believe a company would send something out in this state

Purchased a ALL-IN-ONE VEGETABLE SLICER × 1 on 16/8/20 it arrived on 11/9/20 and the whole box was damaged and so was the inside. I sent photos and no response provided. I have sent a number of emails already and no reply has been provided. I have pictures as proof too.

I purchased a clever cutter from this company. When it arrived I noticed the blade was crooked and did not cut things through as shown in there video. I go in touch and was asked to send 6 photos plus a video as proof of fault !! They refused point blank to except the fault so would not refund or exchange. This item was definitely
faulty I feel. Very bad customer service.
