There is zero customer support. A lot of the products sold on there look nothing like the pictures. Shoppe will promise you vouchers for late delivery, but if you read the small print they actually tell you they dont have anyway to provide the voucher to you. Just still to Amazon its way safer and free delivery to Taiwan on orders over 60 USD

I created an account on Shopee.tw a few years back but never purchased anything there. I want to delete the account but apparently they started to ask people to provide personal ID for verification. Without providing the information, I cannot even delete the account... There is Chinese fund behind Shopee. Therefore, I would rather have a ghost account than providing my personal ID to them.
