Takes a while for your order to arrive when books are from external stock but prices are good and customer service is very helpful and friendly. Ordered several times by now and would definitely recommend.

I made a backorder back in February 4th and it arrived on the 26th, knowing the 3-4 weeks time range. When it arrived to their store the exact same day they shipped to the airport. I received my very first order from ShopComics today and I am so happy with it! It was very well packaged, there was even a cute sticker on the parcel box and the ShopComics logo printed on it (I love these little details that make the experience even better). The comics were well protected inside too!

I’d also like to talk about the support, which takes requests very seriously and answers them with care. I needed to separate a comic from an order I had placed into a dedicated order (because this specific comic was releasing much later and I wanted to receive the other ones from the same order faster), and it was done very quickly, so the communication and assistance are excellent.

The shipping time can sometimes be a bit long, but it’s not ShopComics’ fault. They have to receive the comics from the US to Bulgaria and then ship them to the customer’s country, but once they receive the comics, they ship the orders very quickly! (Again, the support answered my question and was very specific about the delays they were experiencing and when exactly they were expecting to receive the comics — that was very appreciated)!

Overall, ShopComics is a new (yet very needed) professional shop that allows European customers to get comics that are exclusively sold in the US for the same retail price. I can’t express my gratitude enough to them because I wanted to purchase specific comics that were not available on any other accessible website from France until I found them on ShopComics (and I wish I had found it sooner because I missed one comic that’s no longer available…). I’ve already preordered the next issues and I can’t wait to get them! Thank you ShopComics for existing, and if anyone hesitates to place an order: you have no reason to, I promise.

The prices are great, the delivery was fast and the conditions for free delivery are really competitive. I was impressed by the Darth Vader sticker that they included for me as a gift. Most importantly, my comic omnibus was in perfect condition. I totally recommend this shop.

Made my order from Finland. I ordered an omnibus, two books, a comic and a library edition hardcover comic.

I used the website message chat and was super happy to see it is not a bot or AI but a real person you get to speak to. If no one was there to answer, I was always replied to within an hour or two, and a copy of the chat and the answers were sent to my email so even if I closed the page I always got a reply! Super good customer service through this chat with polite people.

The package arrived just as estimated at my door with zero issues. Packaging was fantastic. Big box with all books and comics wrapped in bubble wrap individually and then cardboard paper around them to make sure the comics don't move in the box or bend/twist. Comics were protected from moisture due to bubblewrap as well and each one had 0 damage or even any fingerprints on them.

Honestly one of the easiest, loveliest experiences ordering online I've ever had. Wonderful workers, speedy customer service and they also answered questions I had about comics as a new reader that didn't really know how to start!
