Good quality, fast shipping and great customer service
I’ve exclusively purchased from this company since discovering them and the only item I’ve ever had an issue with was a mini skirt that was a little too mini for my 5’11” frame. They took care of it and I’ve been happy with everything else.

Company isn’t honest about delivery timeframes and then requires a restocking fee when the items don’t arrive on time and need to be returned. This is not a carrier issue as the carrier claims they don’t even have the package yet.

Excellent Products and Customer Service
I’ve ordered several times and the products are consistently good and exactly as described. The customer service is also outstanding. At one point I received a defective item, and the issue was solved within minutes through the chat support. After sending a few photos of the defect, I received an immediate refund without any hassle.

They always have great clothing items, shipping is usually fast and should you have any issues. Their customer service is impeccable. my latest parcel never made it to my home because of the delivery company it took weeks to go back and forth with them but once I contacted cider about it, they were not fussed at all about the time that had past and resolved my issue in 5 minutes. !!!
