Neither of the items I ordered fit. The blouse was much too small and the dress was awful and looked like a tent on me. and of very poor quality. It was the largest size small I have ever seen.

Received my long awaited dress today that looks nothing like what was advertised! Wish I would've checked reviews before ordering. Sadly, I've made it a point to NOT order from websites that are based in China. When I ordered from this website, it showed that it was based in Florida. My days of ordering from Facebook Advertised websites are over...all of them sell substandard clothing. Not sure if I will even pursue a refund, but I will pass the info on to ALL of my FB friends so they wont fall for the "Banana in the Tailpipe" like I did.

Never received product that i ordered almost 2 months ago. They keep sending me something from USPS that says it is out for delivery - but it has been out for delivery for 3 weeks! I asked for a refund and have not gotten one yet!

Never received order - every time I email I get auto responses saying they are 'really busy this week so could take up to five days' I have only had one actual response that didn't help at all. I ordered 10 weeks ago.

I ordered my usual size but can't get it over my head. The fabric is also very low quality and the garment is very poorly made. BUYER BEWARE! I will never order from this company again!!

I bought what looked like a beautiful dress.. saw the company was based in Florida so bought a medium as that is my size .. if I had known all clothes were made in China.. I would have bought a 6 XL FFS!!
Can't get the thing over my head and want to return it but no where can I find how to return it.. very upset!

I purchased 2 sweaters that were see through cheap thread not chunky like pictured and so thin you have to wear a cam underneath

I purchased a camouflage lace up top XL
it is so short barely below my breast. Much,much higher than a mid drift. Pictured was showing at least to hips like typical shirt.

I only recommend this shop if you are a petite small framed person.

All items ship from China and your looking at 5 week turn around for clothing you would by pass at a walmart. These items are pictured and enhanced to beyond what arrives at your door step.

Never received my order from may. Still haven't heard back from company

I am so unhappy with the dress I ordered. Despite checking the measurements the dress barely covers the top of my butt (yes the top not the bottom). The dress measurements showed it should zip which it does not and the lace is tacked on in a cheap way.
The stamps on the package that came are from Asia.

I ordered a garment and although it arrived in good order, I need to exchange it for another size. I have tried to email them and I keep receiving an undeliverable message stating that the IP address has permanent errors so I sent two messages through messenger and still no reply. I have a feeling that I will never hear from them.

RUN do not walk passed this DEPLORABLE company!!! The clothing is NOT what is represented online--cheeeeesy, inferior materials, cheap and shoddily made. And what is worse is the customer service; truly UNACCEPTABLE. I will spare you the details but when I received the products that were FAR from what I thought I was ordering and tried to return them. They were the worst I have ever experienced with internet shopping, there was no information about how to return the items, and after numerous requests by email, they still did not provide me with return procedure, and insisted that I take photographs of the items before proceeding further. In short, the rumors you hear about these kinds of business prove true with this one. Tread lightly when considering a positive review as I can't imagine it is legitimate.

Omg. This is the worst scam ever. I ordered 2 sweaters. They looked amazing on internet. 4 weeks later, one and only one item arrived. In a cheap envelope, no invoice, no anything. The sweater was 34.56 per item. It is worth 1.99 retail value. I cannot get this company to refund me. I have my cc working on it. They say it has a yellow flag meaning it is suspicious. Do not buy from here. Hell no

Appears to be total scam, product well below expectation, return contact details bounce back, they have contacted me on FB messenger but just to advise the same fake e mail address and to tell me how great they are- NOT - everyone needs to be aware they are not honouring 100% return and contact for customer service - please place very negative feedback at every opportunity to this firm

I had a most delightful customer service experience with Burlap Apparel. The item i ordered was a different colour than shown in the ad, when i emailed them they instantly refunded my purchase price. Honesty in business makes SUCH a difference, i will definately order from them again if i see something i like. Thank you!

This company deserves zero stars! Total scam!
Cheap fabric and false return address. Recieved email claiming my return was not able to be returned and to click on link for reciept to get package back at USPS. Link would not open. USPS said email is a scam. Usps does not send emails to customers! So they get to keep items I returned and have credit card info. Reported to better business bureau!
Funny, I got a response from them immediately after this was posted!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! I have been waiting weeks and weeks for this dress, I assumed because of the moderate price point it was a legitimate company...come to find out it's just some Chinese crap. Dress looks like a cheap Halloween costume, cheap material, poorly made, terrible fit and tailoring. What a joke! Requested my money back waiting for a reply.

My delivery "had a problem" and the tracking number is not traceable. I think there are far too may of these experiences listed. Is this a Chinese company?

Update: I contacted the company at the email address noted - did not receive an email response. USPS said it is a false tracking number - ending in country code for Tonga. Interesting that Burlap Apparel replied on this site though.

I ordered the vintage geometric dress weeks ago. Their tracking information is bogus as is this company it seems. I've asked for a refund and they keep saying wait. I ordered another dress from another SE China based company (Buykud) at the same time and it arrived in days! Burlap Apoarel is a disgrace. DONT ORDER FROM THEM! I'm taking my issue up with PayPal and my Credir Card. This company shouldn't be allowed to trade in Europe.

I have ordered a dress in may and I still didn't get it I bought it from their face book shop they are very bad they didn't reply To my email eithe an automated email saying when to expect the item it's August today they broke their promise it took 3 months but still didn't get it but they keep saying 3 to 5 weeks I asked a refund nobody replied don't buy anything from them
