This is the worst and most useless platform I have ever seen. They closed my store with ‍balance. They told that I was inactive in the store for that the reason they deleted my store, but I was constantly logging into the store and doing small tasks related to product selling and marketing. They do not respond properly on my messages when I try to contact them.

I do not recommend this platform, I say again, I do not recommend this platform for selling or buying anything!

Shopbase is easy to use and Their customers support superb. I would like to continue with shopbase life ltime.

This company have stolen my mockup photograph (listed on a popular selling platform) on acrylic plaques. I have been emailing and live chatting messaging for weeks and they are being very difficult to deal with.

Please be aware that anybody using this photograph is breaching copyright.

The photo they have stolen has a wooden slap with an acrylic plaque. They have digitally removed my acrylic plaque and replaced with their own. It also features rose petals and small cream flower buds.

I have sent this company multiple things to prove I own the copyright.

I would like to make everybody aware that by using their mockup photography you could also be breaching other companies copyright if they have stolen other company’s photography.

If anybody wishes to see the stolen image and proof of this please get in touch.

This company will argue that they have not stolen it but it is simply not true.

Again I am asking that you remove the mockup photograph that you have stolen as I own the rights to the photograph and you are wrongfully allowing other sellers to use the stolen photograph.

I am very worried that companies using your service will end up in copyright law with no doing of their own.
