eGift Card usability was unfriendly …
eGift Card purchase was a user friendly process however, trying to access the eCards after the purchase became very problematic. The difficulty arose out of being redirected to the 3rd party holding the eCards. There is no need formation saying all Gift Cards must be opened in Shopback first. As a result, the eCard purchaser is unable to spend the eGift value because the eCard has not been activated

So far so good. I’ve only been using this app a couple of weeks. I’ve completed a couple of surveys, bought through Temu and played a few games.
Updates you so you can see what you’ve earned. Pretty happy so far.

Ease of use
It is easy to order products using ShopBack and always great to receive an email saying the ShopBack dollars have been tracked. It does take three months before the dollars can be redeemed however.

Shopback is great and legitimate you have to wait for payout to clear but it does pay. Has a great selection of shops and games why not get a little back when you shop it's a no brainer
