You refunded me an item I ordered with little to no explanation. I needed that item to guarantee a complete look and now I’m left searching for hours again to replace it. I haven’t received the other items so I’m hoping the experience getting g

Great customer service
I returned my purchase at the store. I was told I have 2 accounts and I have point on each account. The young lady at the store was very polite and she informed me of the reward points I had on 2 different accounts. She informed me how to get access to all of my rewards.

This site is the bomb. The sizes are a perfect fit as far as the shoes and they are extremely comfortable. I will be odering again and again from this site. The delivery is as promised which is about a week after placing order. I LOVE AKIRA.

Tall & Pear shaped
Great quality! I love their denim. Only reason I gave 4/5 stars is the fit is sometimes a challenge. I am a pear shape girly with thick thighs and buttocks with a smaller waist. More stretch would be ideal. If you are tall like me, Akira is a great find.

I purchased items online because they were not in the store, but both experiences I had at the store and also online were great. This was my first time shopping online and at the store and will not be my last. The clothes are very unique and come in all sizes which is really hard to find. They get a five star from me.
