I recently purchased a t-shirt and my discount wasn’t taken out. In order for discount to apply I have to return the item back to them and repurchase it. I explained it’s a Christmas gift for my son and I still have items that will be shipped to me in February but they cannot adjust the price. So basically they want me to disappoint my son on Christmas. Never again I will purchase anything here. We are supporting them at least meet us halfway.

Ordered a mankind hoody for a Xmas gift 2 months ago - now they are saying won’t be shipped until 23/12. Don’t advertise stock if you don’t have it at hand. Disgusting customer service.

I ordered an AJ Lee shirt back in September got a notification that it would be delivered on October 22 got a text 2 days ago and they cancelled my order and gave me my money back. Very pissed

I ordered a aj lee hoodie sept 6th , no where did it say was pre order ,paid for item on sept 6th , called Oct 9th to see where is was and was told item on hold for non payment , when it was paid for, I was looking right at statement that plainly said my money was taken out of my card , 1st rep said yes I see was paid for , she said let me put u on hold to figure this out , then said items wasn't paid for , it was, do not buy from wwe shop , scam they will try to charge u twice for one item

Ordered the Lilly Doll it took 3 months to recieve and when I got it I was so disappointed and mad. The doll was nothing like pictured. It stated it was meticulously hand sewn which is Bull. What I got looked like so cheaply made carnival toy. I returned it and asked to be refunded instantly. But I am still upset. Alexa bliss is my Favorite wrestler and I was looking forward to having this amazing doll. So disappointed and disgusted . Just the WWE being a stupid money pit

Ordered a Kane mask with next day delivery. DPD tracking said they were waiting for the item. After a couple days I spoke with the wwe store and they said I had to wait a couple more days before they could acknowledge it wasn’t sent. When that time passed I got back in touch with them to be told it was now out of stock. Complete waste of time

Ordered a couple of times to support the cause (clothing) and it's not cheap...and the quality of the garments shows after a couple of washes. My black jumper is basically grey and my very expensive pj bottom looks like a rag. Would not otder clothes from them again. I did complain about this but customer service was very disinterested in it all and blamed their supplier and offered no replacement or exchange. Disappointed overall as I have sponsored animal with them too, which I will probably discontinue.

Their tumblers are fantastic at keeping drinks hot though.

This wwe shop is garbage. I ordered a wwe us title belt, very expensive, paid for expedited shipping for two days. I never got the belt. I am so pissed, never again. There customer service is garbage.

After receiving the confirmation emaiI, I immediately attempted to cancel my order. They refused to cancel the order and issue a refund because I "missed the time frame", which is 30 minutes. I didn't even receive the email until after 30 minutes. This was all within about 1 hour and a frustratingly slow auto response customer service.

When it comes to hoodies WWE shop is garbage, the sizes are All Wrong and they don't offer many bigger sizes. You shouldn't have to pay to return a product you can't even exchange because they don't offer bigger sizes.

Ordered a shirt to be delivered to my nephew for Christmas and accidentally used my shipping address. When I noticed I put the wrong address I tried to contact customer service the next day to change it to my nephews address and they wouldn't allow me. Makes no sense if the item hadn't been processed yet. So now I have an extra shirt and that I have to deal with sending back and they are going to charge me half of what the shirt is worth to ship it back. Won't be ordering from this company again.

Absolute false advertising about getting items before Christmas. The customer service cant even justify the lies. Shirt scheduled to arrive a week late. UPDATE - the shirt never came. I went back to Customer Service and got someone who said they dropped the ball and would expedite another one. This after four chats with customer service.

I ordered a legacy belt they told me that it was supposed to arrive on a certain date never showed then I had to deal with their stupid computer trying to get to a human they gave me another date still never showed so I called back same bullshit but this time the lady told me how sorry she was it’s lost and they now don’t have any in stock so they have to give me the money back what a nightmare

A friend of mine ordered a replica of the Tiffany Stratton MITB briefcase on 10/18/24 which arrived in Baton Rouge on 11/24/24. Departed from Baton Rouge heading to Idaho on 11/27/24. Which my friend and I both live in LA within a couple hours from Baton Rouge. When he contacted CS they told him that it was a special event item so shipping will be longer. Which I find is BS because 1) it is NOT posted in the specifications about the delivery 2) it was within hours from my friend’s location. He’s called multiple times and received multiple different stories. Even at one point CS told him they can’t do anything to help him because it was outside if the delivery window. But they sure as hell had no problems taking his money and NEVER once offered any type of discount or refund. As of 12/4/24, he STILL has not received his belt that cost over $100.

With that being said…..DO NOT and I repeat…..DO NOT order ANY so called “SPECIAL EVENT” item with them unless you are willing to wait months upon months for its arrival.

If you ever have to contact about an order placed that you’re having issues with….dont believe their lies. If you want anything to happen (moving in shipping) you may have to threaten them.

I guarantee if my son wants something off WWE shop that I may be able to find something similar somewhere else I damn skippity will be ordering it somewhere else. Screw WWE SHOP!!!!

Do not buy from the shop they said they tried to deliver my package three times I never received it then they only gave me a partial refund.

Quality of clothing items are well beyond poor. Do not waste your money! Our t-shirts were almost $40 per shirt. The shirt quality is less than $5, could be sold at a dollar tree (yes, it's that bad). They(WWE) have to know, because the return policy sucks (pay $10 bucks to get your money back or get your refund on an e-gift card. You also do not have an option to leave reviews on the WWE shop website. They suck, merch is garbage. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

After reading other reviews I feel rather fortunate but I was disappointed as on the item we ordered there was a line of adhesive on the top of the t shirt that had obviously been left behind from the transfer. Personally it shouldn't have passed Quality Control. To be fair we didn't contact them as didn't want
to return it. After paying practically the cost of the t shirt in P&P didn't want that cost again.
