These people are thieves

These people are thieves. Not only do they strip us with their electricity rates, but once we changed to Texas Energy at half the price, they tried to aggravate our situation by damaging our credit score.

There is no way to discuss the charges they were trying to apply. No nothing. They just don't care. This company is blatantly composed of thieves. It is astounding.

Not worth getting any stars

Not worth getting any stars. I’d being disconnected for nonpayment. Called in today to pay for it and asked the associate before i pay that am i going to get it turn back on once i and he say yes, then i got transferred over and another associate say that i will need to do a new contract which require deposit of $500. This is insane and I’d been lied to. Not worth using them at all. Use another company everyone

My power was disconnected

My power was disconnected, totally my fault, forgot to pay my bill. Once paid, I wanted to make sure everything was in order for it to be reconnected. Diana L. was very helpful in assuring me everything was in order and I did not need to take any further action. I was scheduled for reconnection to be done asap.
