Unprofessional and disappointing…

Unprofessional and disappointing customer service. I ordered items which for my holiday. Kept to wait for a week for the delivery. They were delivered to the wrong address and instead of TikTok shop trying to assist with Royal Mail to locate the items. They processed a refund without my consent. They wasted my time and money. Who cares about the refund? I am to travel in a few days. And I don’t have the things I needed.

Can't even get their basic thing right.....

I wanted to setup Tiktok Shop using my company's Tiktok email and phone number. Apparently the location was defaulted to USA rather than Singapore. I approached their customer service to request to change to Singapore instead, they said they don't have access to change and help with such a simple problem which is a bug on their side to automatically recognize my Singapore Tiktok account as a USA registration.

Then they request for me to set-up Tiktok shop using another email and another phone number. In this day and age, they can't even get this basic thing right and we are talking about AI? What a nonsense company with such poor operations that cant even get the basic thing right. This company need to be taught a lesson, they are getting too big and earning too much money that they forget the foundation. One day the house of cards will come crashing down.

Poor refund/replacement service

I ordered two pairs of fleecy tights. The quality is great and no gripes with any order quality in this case but only one pair arrived and they want proof that I only received one pair and won’t refund without photographic evidence. How do I evidence that I only received one pair? I expected another package to arrive separately so I threw the original packaging away. So I’m out of pocket.

TikTok Shop STEALING Creator Earnings - £900 Withheld 1 Month

1 STAR - TikTok Shop has been withholding my £900 earnings for over 1 month after my account was hacked. I submitted all verification documents TWICE including bank statements, selfie, and address proof. First ticket closed without solution. Second ticket just fake investigations with no timeline. This is THEFT, not poor customer service. Username Doctor00122. I've given 72 hours ultimatum before filing complaints with UK Trading Standards, Action Fraud, and taking legal action. WARNING TO OTHER CREATORS: Be very careful with TikTok Shop payments!

Terrible customer service

Item not delivered to my address it was delivered to random persons address. They dont refund you. They get you to chase royal mail. However as a paying customer they should refund and they should take the issue up with courier they use. This has encouraged me not to buy from tik tok again.

Scam delivery

Do not order from Tik Tok shop they will deliver your parcel to your doorstep not let you know or knock on your door so when you eventually do find out it’s too late as the parcel has been stolen off my doorstep Tik Tok refuse to refund i have had to get my bank to help and give me a charge back Tik Tok have tried to challenge it but due to that fact the only proof of delivery is a picture of my doorstep my bank have enough information to carry on with the charge back and have asked Tik Tok to respond with the proof that I received the order they can’t prove it as it’s just a picture of doorstep so my advice is contact your back for chargeback I was informed that Tik Tok are doing this with all customers who don’t receive their parcels it is clearly theft!

Worst experience of my life setting up…

Worst experience of my life setting up this shop at first was great 👍 but then it was an endless vacuum money train to HELL!! NO END IN SITE!😵‍💫Just everyday was always more fires to put out and more money i ever lost in my life! Total scam!!!! Stay far away from this it is not a good thing and they totally LIE to you to get you to sign up! 🤮🤮🤮🤮 Noone could ever afford it! Now I see why you have such bad ratings!!!

This extremely bias/prejudiced platform…

This extremely bias/prejudiced platform engages in scamming through deceptive marketing practices and has caused me a financial loss of over €1,000. I paid for promotional services with promised results, none of which were delivered.

Despite full payment, the promotion tool delivered extremely bad results, and the promised performance was never realized.

Furthermore, this Chinese platform’s promotion tool appears extremely prejudiced and biased against legitimate educational and academic content, refusing approval without transparent justification and very niggardly.

Contacting customer support regarding the compensation for scamming and refund are ignored. The complete lack of accountability, transparency, and response suggests unethical business conduct - which, honestly, is not surprising based on by whom ScamTok is run, the ChingChong’s - known for business scamming internationally.

In summary: payment was taken, promised service were not delivered as advertised, and the ScamTok fails to respond or provide reimbursement. This raises serious concerns about the ScamTok’s reliability and integrity.

I bought jeans from tik tok

I bought jeans from tik tok. None of the sizes are the same. I bought a small. Turns out to be the same size as a medium and then when I bought a xs it is way too small. These were the exact same jeans. When I wanted to return the item due to sizing they won’t accept the return. Even though it has all the tags. Due to it being just outside return date.

Full Case Return Confirmed Delivered — No Refund, Months of Runaround

I purchased a full case of PopMart collectibles through TikTok Shop, where PopMart was the seller. The listing guaranteed no duplicates when purchasing a full case, but my order arrived with a duplicate item.

I contacted PopMart immediately and provided photos and videos multiple times as requested. After weeks of back-and-forth, PopMart approved a return of the entire case and issued a UPS return label.

The full case was returned exactly as instructed:
-UPS confirmed delivery to PopMart’s warehouse
-The shipment weight matches a full case, not a single item

Despite this, PopMart later claimed I only returned one item and refused to issue the agreed-upon refund.

At PopMart’s direction, I attempted to resolve this through TikTok Shop. TikTok denied my refund request and explicitly sided with the seller, stating the issue had to be resolved directly with PopMart.

PopMart then began giving conflicting explanations:
- Saying the tracking “was not updated” (despite proof of delivery)
- Saying they could not assist because the order was not from their “official website” and through TikTok Shop
- Saying my order number was invalid, even after I provided their receipt, their return label, and delivery confirmation

A UPS claim was eventually approved. Because PopMart created the return label, UPS paid the claim directly to PopMart. However, PopMart still has not refunded me.

At this point:
- PopMart has my original payment
- PopMart has the returned products
- PopMart has the UPS claim payout
- I have no refund and no resolution
- TikTok refuses to help

I followed every instruction given by both PopMart and TikTok, provided all requested documentation, and still remain without a refund months later. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in PopMart’s after-sales support, especially for purchases made through TikTok Shop.

now i see why this animals have 1 star. the most useless online shop ever. Lazy lunatics. Have their robots do everything and place a ban and restriction on you for no reason. Your appeal stands no chance because they don't read it, they set up their robot to turn you down immediately even when you are not at fault. stay FAR AWAY FROM TIKTOK SHOP as a seller, they are uncouth thieves who sits on peoples money no matter what. Funds withheld despite proof of delivery. Issue unresolved regardless of all the prooves. ANIMALS

Do not buy the complete dentures they…

Do not buy the complete dentures they look like something that children would use for Halloween. They don’t even look like real teeth. Don’t waste your money and they do not like to give no refunds. The product cost $50 they near and they only want to give you eight dollars back. Please tell me how that makes sense. I’m gonna keep writing reviews on this.
