Ordered on a Sunday and it was packaged and shipped a couple of hours after ordering. And it was in my hands 2 days later. Fantastic experience and the product was exactly as advertised.

The prices are competitive, and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. They’ve clearly done an incredible job with hiring. Having visited three different Southern California locations, I can say the wonderful atmosphere is consistent at every one. I love this store!
Sports basement is fantastic. Have been to both Santa Rosa and Novato branches. Yes, it's sad a lot of the local ski and snowboard shops have gone under, but for being a box-store (lite), they have friendly knowledgeable employees and good prices. Plus the ski rental program is great.
My order was cancelled after a week claiming that they do not have the product available. I get it that it can happen sometimes, however you needed 1 week to figure it out; I was expecting my item by then. I could've ordered it from somewhere else if I knew about it sooner.
