Really quick shipping, the product is high quality

The startup took a bit more work than anticipated for a ready prepared factory assembled version, but after I got the system up, it's been a great printer so far. Community content and instructions are great as well.

Every question I had was quickly solved. By mail and by chat. And spare parts were quickly send to me.

Got the new big rolls of filament. Well packaged, well printing. Overall reliable and all good experience.

My latest purchase (Mk4) is my second Prusa printer. November 2017 I purchased a Mk3 kit.

The only negative from my purchase experience had been Fedex. I've had many, many issues over the years with Fedex and this time, no exception.

Fast delivery somehow to Lithuania

Despite we have registration with all data for years, I have to fill company data every single time while placing order. So annoying.

I used Prusa's chat support and was assisted by Rodolfo. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He was able to solve my printer issues and teach me a lot about trouble shooting on top of it. Thanks!
