In December, ordered door handles that should come with screws. Package arrived 2 months late with no screws.
After speaking with an oddly combative employee, screws were sent. They didn't fit the handles. This happened three times, even after a phone call and specifically describing the screw type and dimension. The handles are being returned.
Such a waste of time and resource.
