No tracking information and no response
I placed an order of €215 on August 30, 2026. I still haven’t received my order or any tracking information. I contacted customer service but received no response. Very disappointing experience so far. I hope they resolve this soon.
Terrible , cancelled my order without any reason , still waiting for my refund. They do not answer phone or respond to emails, I would never purchase direct from Obey again …..

I spent over £300 never received the goods!
SCAM. Send products very late. Impossible to return them without calling customer service or send an email but they never answer the phone or your emails.
They sent out a faulty shirt. Buttons were all loose and one hanging by a single thread. Very poor quality garment.
I returned it but they gave me a reduced refund and didn't refund the return postage.
I wouldn't buy from this company again.
Purchased a long sleeve t-shirt which never arrived. Called customer service at 10.30am to be told that no one was in on the customer service side and to email a complaint instead. Waited several days to be told they couldn’t do anything as Royal Mail had ‘delivered’ the item; which was not signed by me or a photo of my door. Will never purchase from Obey again.
After only 2 gentle washes hoodie looks really bad. I love its design but quality and materials used leave much to be desired. Especially with its price.
This team is amazing!!! I purchased a hoodie on Thursday afternoon, as a gift for an occasion on Sunday, paying express delivery that would take 1-2 days. As the order only managed to be shipped on Friday, it wouldn't make it to be delivered on time for the occassion and I asked the customer service if possible to provide special delivery, guaranteed next day before 1pm. And voila!!! They did it and I just received my order! Tomorrow my friend will enjoy her Obey hoodie gift! Thank you Obey clothing. You are the best! 🥳
