Incompetent company and dishonest

What a useless company - echoing all the other negative reviews. When you buy something online and wish to return it they say they are sending you the return QR code. It never arrives. Last time it took four emails to "customer service" until they finally sent one. The whole thing is stressful and time-consuming. Really really bad.

I purchased a coat from Mango in…

I purchased a coat from Mango in November and, to this day, I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I have contacted Mango numerous times requesting a refund, yet nothing has been resolved. Their customer service has been exceptionally disappointing and unprofessional. This company has proven to be utterly unreliable. I strongly advise others to avoid shopping with them.
If you truly want Mango products, buy from partners such as John Lewis.

Terrible experience with Mango

Terrible experience with Mango, don't order from them! Impossible to get in touch with anyone on the telephone, chatline very often not working, agent stated they would send me tracking of an order shown dispatched but nevere did so and the order was made 28/11/25 and I need tracking, where is it? Sick of robots and non functioning phone line and chatline, where my phone number needs to be verified on the robot phone, but states can't locate it when its identical to the one under my account details online. so all broken Mango, don't risk an order with them.

Bought a coat online on the 29th November to be collected from my local store. 2 weeks later and still no delivery into store or communication from Mango! Save your money and shop at Zara!

I’ve been a customer for years but…

I’ve been a customer for years but never ordered online, Mango is so big that I thought nothing of it so I placed an order and have had an awful experience. Their delivery times are long, they are removing items from your order, customer service lies to your face (”we’ve shipped your order so we can’t cancel it” but then I get an email to say it’s awaiting to be picked up by courier many days later) and customer service is so hidden it takes a while to find anyone to contact. Never ordering from here again, absolutely awful.

Two coats ordered 26/11, still no coats12/12 and…

Ordered 2 coats on 26th November and still no sign of them. Chased customer services three times. The last time they sent me an email saying items had been dispatched and would be with me shortly. Gave me a tracking number for GLS, followed this up and items were registered with GLS on 26th November but have still not been handed over to the courier (GLS on 12th December.I am beginning to feel like Mango have stolen my £200 and I am never going to see the coats. I wish that I had read these TrustPilot reviews before ordering from Mango.

Shocking

Do not order online with this company. My order was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 working days. It’s been 14 days and still no parcel. Customer service is shocking with them just telling me I’ve got to wait for the parcel to arrrive before they can issue a refund even though the parcel apparently has been in transit for 10 days. They are now saying it’s only just left the warehouse. Make your mind up mango!!!! They are so rude as well when you speak to them. They sent me a confirmation email that they typed up while I was chatting with them. When I questioned it she admitted to typing it up and that apparently is my proof !!

Undelivered items

Undelivered items. I ordered two Mango items online on 26/11/25 and am still waiting for them to be delivered. I got the order confirmation then absolutely nothing. I have had to call their customer service team three times and each time I get a different story. Every other retailer can cope with Black Friday sales but apparently Mango don't know what's going on in their own warehouse. Appalling service

This terrible company sent me the wrong & are making me fix it for them

This terrible company sent me the wrong item & have since made me jump through numerous hoops & made me do all the work to rectify THEIR mistake which includes having to go out of my way to take the huge box the incorrect item came in to the post office, they never once offered to arrange to collect the incorrect item from my home, which their website demands I pay for such a service.
They also won’t issue a refund for the item I never received until I go out of my way to send their item back to them & rectify their mistake.
So daring to order from them has left me without my item, I’ve had to take an unnecessary trip to the office & I don’t have my money back.
I also had to repeatedly send through numerous photos, I guess they don’t believe me which further adds to the insult.

Horrible service.. whoever is the director of the support department needs to be sacked

I ordered a dress on 20th November and was expecting delivery on 27th November, but it never arrived. No tracking number was provided, so I contacted the support team and spoke to someone named Salome, who told me a replacement would be sent and delivered the following week. The replacement never arrived either.

When I contacted support again, they finally provided a GLS tracking number, but the status showed “waiting for address details.” Support then informed me the replacement had been returned to them and that I would be refunded.

Shortly after, I received another email saying that my original dress was actually delivered on 27th November. The proof of delivery they sent is not my address or any of my neighbours’. I asked why this wasn’t mentioned earlier and received no response.

Today, I’ve been told that my replacement dress was supposedly delivered on 8th December, but the proof of delivery is the exact same as the one they claimed for 27th November. I’ve asked to speak to a manager but nothing has been arranged. I’ve asked them to contact Royal Mail to confirm where the parcel was delivered, but there has been no response.

At this point, I just want my refund, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.

Worst company ever!

Worst company ever!
Ordered a boat in 26th Nov - website saying it’s been dispatched, still no delivery. Have contacted them twice now, both times saying wait another 72 hours as problem with delivery, and they need to contact courier company. Then to get an email the next day saying it’s now finished being prepared and ready to be picked up by delivery company, and now my payment has been cancelled!. Do they actually know what’s going on?? Suppose I’ll never get it now🤔 shocking service

Hideous company

Ordered some pajamas for Christmas on 28th November, got an email on 9th December to say they no longer have them because they've sold too many. I can expect a refund in 3 to 10 working days. So they've had my money for the best part of a MONTH and delivered absolutely diddly squat. Embarrassing company

Never had an issue until recently

Never had an issue until recently. Pair of jeans a stilt walker could wear. Took a while to get service for the return - finally did and have not heard anything since I returned the package over a week ago with the USPS. No issue on their end. Chat does not solve anything -they continually ask for the same information. Solution- call my bank, explain and have them reverse the charges.

Don’t order online!

Very very slow order processing! Two weeks later and I’m still waiting and they’ve now told me that a coat I ordered doesn’t even exist so they’ve credited me back cor that already. How can you sell a coat that doesn’t exist!

I’ve contacted customer service twice and they can’t even tell me when to expect my order. Sack the logistics and merchandising team!

Zero Star


Zero Star – The WORST Quality and Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced

This is by far the WORST product quality I have ever owned. I purchased a skirt on Saturday evening, and even in the dressing room I noticed it was already falling apart—the sequins were shedding right before my eyes. I needed the skirt for a party that same night, so I bought it anyway, assuming it would at least stop falling out evening since it cost $130.

When I got home, the shedding got even worse. Sequins were coming off everywhere. I was shocked that a brand like Mango would sell something of such poor quality at such a high price. The skirt literally looked like it was disintegrating. The threading of the skirt was loosening. I ended up not wearing the outfit for the event on that day.

First thing the next day, I packed it back up and went to return it. The manager inspected it and told me they could not accept the return. I was beyond frustrated. How is it my fault that the item they sold me was already defective? This was my first time experience a return for a clearly damaged item, and it left me extremely disappointed.

My question to Mango is: Why are you producing and selling items with such terrible quality control and poor inspection standards. This skirt should have never passed inspection, let alone been put on the sales floor with a $130 price tag. It is unacceptable and completely disrespectful to customers.

I am incredibly unsatisfied with both the product and the customer service. I expected better. Customers should NOT be paying high prices for items made with such poor materials and zero quality standards.

Unacceptable. I regret buying this, and I regret ever trusting Mango’s quality.

Do not order online

placed a large order at the end of November, and I still haven’t received anything. The tracking has shown the parcel “on its way” for nearly 10 days, but it’s clearly stuck at the delivery centre and isn’t moving.

I’ve tried contacting Mango several times.
Emails: No reply at all.
Chatbot: Completely useless — it actually cut me off and told me it couldn’t help anymore.
No updates, no information, no support.

I’ve never experienced customer service this bad.

I strongly advise people not to order online from Mango. The communication is shocking, and if something goes wrong, you’re left on your own.

I’d give half a star if I could

I’d give half a star if I could. Went to the merry hill store last week to buy a coat. Whilst trying it on sales associate came over interrupted me and my sons talking about the fit said ‘store closes in 10 mins so if you’d like to hurry along please’
Went back a week later as it was too big felt but took the tag off but still had it. They wouldn’t return it instead the same woman told me to read the minute return policy scowling over the counter and incessantly saying ‘no sorry can’t refund or exchange. There’s a store manager here but she’ll say the same so sorry can’t do it’ wow was my reaction. It’s brand new not worn and I can’t believe that this policy is even allowed. Absolutely shocking and to top it up she was gritting her teeth as she spoke. Distressed isn’t even close to how I felt

Absolutely Appalling Service – Avoid at All Costs

I placed an order on the 29th of last month and was promised delivery within 3–7 days. Instead, I’ve now been told it won’t arrive until the 11th. That’s completely unacceptable. I needed this item for the weekend, and because of this delay, I’ve had to make alternative plans.
What makes this worse is the total lack of communication. No email updates, no courtesy message—just automated AI responses when I chased for answers. This is not customer service; it’s a joke.
If you can’t meet your delivery promises, at least have the decency to inform your customers properly. I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their time and money here.

I am extremely disappointed with online shopping

I am extremely disappointed with Mango.com's policies and processing time.
I purchased a gift, but the 5-12 business day delivery was too late for the recipient's holiday. I tried immediately to cancel the order or change the address, but both the website and customer service stated it was impossible—displaying a shocking zero flexibility.
To make matters worse, the order only shipped after 11 days of internal processing, making the entire experience ridiculous and unacceptable for modern e-commerce. Avoid Mango for any time-sensitive purchases due to their rigid policies and slow execution.
