Mediocre beer, cold welcome
Good beer, quite classic tastes and perhaps a bit expensive for what you actually get. I'd say you can get same quality beer in lidl and netto's special deals these days. The brewery is quite quaint and confined to a little yet cozy yard in the middle of the estate. However if you would like to walk a bit around the estate to see the beautiful buildings and sceneries, thats not really possible. Its not made for visitors, the owners are very private and have put private signs up almost everywhere. Quite fair of course however me and a friend was promptly, and dare I say arrogantly shunned away by what I believe to be one of the estates residencies on horseback, when we sat on a patch of grass which was unmarked by signs. This was further away from the estate, mind you, the grass field was the size of a football stadium. I just want to say it wasnt very nice to have someone come up like that and belittle me as to further suggest we would litter there. We just didnt want to drive after having just drank a beer at the brewery. So thank you for the cold welcome on an otherwise very warm and wonderful summer day.
