Product broke after 3 months, no support for warranty claim

Purchased the overpriced Invisalign Ultrasonic Cleaning Station and it started malfunctioning under normal daily use after just under 3 months. Tried contacting via their support form and via email directly to try and file a warranty claim and have received 0 follow up or response. Starting to think the store just collects money and has no customer service. I shouldn't be surprised for the dental industry to be honest.

I received a used ultrasonic cleaner and I emailed them several times for a refund with no response. Do not buy from this company.
