Warm yeast and no malting option
Hi
Ordered some malt, some hops and some yeast from Humlegården. I have 2 critique points:
1) The yeast wasn't packed with any cooling material around it! Yeast quality quickly deteriorates when it its not cooled. This is not very nice.
2) Upon chekout i would have liked a reminder, asking me if i want to pay a little extra in order to get my malt malted since i dont have a malter at home.

Since all out malt is already malted I'm guessing you are referring to having your malt crushed.
We do offer our most popular malts in crushed form. Sadly, since the malt quickly loses it's freshness crushed we can not offer all of our malt as crushed at the moment.

I love the big assortment of goods that are available that I could not get otherwise. It is a little more expensive than other places but that is OK since I can get what I want for brewing. Shipping is very slow by comparison to other homebrew supply stores.
