I recently ordered a Brewzilla 65l from Hummlegården. My unit arrived missing the bottom screen for the mallt pipe. I notified Humlegårdens technical support and the not only fixed the issue and shipped me the missing part, but got it to me in time for my premier brewing during the weekend.
I highly recommend them!

Overall positive experience.The only issue was an improperly sealed bag of Fermaid-O, where some of the powder apparently got in between the layers of plastic prior to sealing, leaving holes through which some product got into the cardboard box. Upon weighing it was no more than 10g out of a 500g order, but it could have been worse, so please take that extra second to make sure the package is properly sealed in the future.
